DESCRIPTION This kit consists of the mechanical package needed to install an add-on feeder [AWF] to a WSB-140R in place of the removable hopper in the color position. The actual feeder itself is not included with the kit and needs to be ordered separately. The AWF hanger included with this kit will only work in the color position. If it is desired to use a feeder in the additive position, then use Kit-097L, which has the correct hanger for that position. PARTS LIST

INSTRUCTIONS 1) Disconnect compressed air supply and power to blender before beginning. 2) Disconnect and remove controller from blender tray. 3) Remove weigh bin, mix blade and mix chamber. 4) Disconnect and remove both removable hoppers from blender. 5) Remove the controller stop. a) Unscrew the 1/4-20 nylok nut fastening stop to frame and remove the stop. 6) Remove (2) p-clamps and lanyards from the frame. a) Unscrew the #10-24 nylok nut fastening each p-clip to the frame. Save these for later use. b) Remove the #10-24 x 5/8” long cap screw from each p-clamp. These screws will not be reused as they will be replaced with longer screws supplied with this kit. c) Save all of the remaining p-clamp hardware for reuse.

7) Remove airline and lanyard for Color (Right) removable hopper. a) Disconnect airline from solenoid bank located under the controller tray. b) Plug the open solenoid port with the orange plug supplied with kit. c) Separate airline and lanyard from P-clamp and remove from the blender.
8) Remove the (2) 3/8-16 nylok nuts and cap screws fastening the valve deck to the frame. Save the nylok nuts as they will be reused in the next step.

9) Install feeder support plate [502-1FA]. a) Loosely install 3/8-16 hardware fastening support plate to frame. b) Loosely install #10-24 BHCS with the P-clamps & lanyard. NOTE THAT YOU MAY NEED TO USE A DRILL TO OPEN UP HOLES IN SUPPORT PLATE TO INSTALL HARDWARE. If so, use a Ø13/64” [5 mm] drill bit. c) Tighten the 3/8-16 hardware. d) Tighten the #10-24 hardware.
10) Install the AWF hanger [awfb1R] onto the support plate.

11) Install the AWF cover [502-1FAC]. 12) Install the new controller stop [586-FA] supplied with this kit.
13) Reinstall removable hopper 14) Reinstall controller 15) Reinstall weigh bin, mix chamber and mix blade. 16) Reconnect air and power to blender. 17) Install AWF to the blender.
