Kathrein Antenna Line Configurator (ALC) 86010156 Superior Performance for All Kathrein Antenna RET Configurations Highlights:
State-of-the Art Local Configuration and Control of AISG Antenna Line Devices Kathrein’s ALC is the antenna configuration tool of choice for mobile operators. It is the only tool of its kind that is truly standalone; it does not a require connection to a PC, tablet, or external power. Due to the ease of use, configuring or troubleshooting tower-top Remote Electric Tilt (RET) antennas can be done with only one crew member instead of two, and does not require a homerun cable, saving time and money. Technicians are better equipped to manage local antenna configurations in a safe and timely manner because the Kathrein ALC is internally powered, lightweight yet sturdy, with a screen that can easily be viewed in bright outdoor light. One Powerful, Easy to Use Configuration Tool
One tool for all antenna deployments
Operates without external power supply nor PC
No additional software needed
Tilt sensor measuring range ±80°, accuracy ±1°
Sunlight visible touchscreen display
Internal WiFi allows remote control operation from mobile phone/PC
Internal Storage of antenna configuration files
Lightweight (2.2 lb) and easy to handle
Car Adapter available for battery charging
Multiple connection options for TMAs and internal SBT antennas using standard AISG connector plus built-in Smart Bias Tee
With the Kathrein ALC in hand, installers can easily configure Remote Control Units (RCUs) using the built in Configuration Wizard. The ALC also allows installers to configure AISG antenna line devices (ALD) on-site, easily update ALD software, and check mechanical down-tilt with built-in sensors. It interfaces not only with Kathrein antennas, but most, if not all antenna products on the market.
