StorEdge L1000 Tape Library. Whether you choose deskside or rack-mounted, the Sun StorEdge L1000 Tape Library system delivers exceptional performance and flexibility. It supports up to four DLT7000 Sun StorEdge L1000 – 1 to 4 DLT7000 tape drives – 1 TB native capacity – 20 MB/sec (72 GB/hour)
tape drives and 30 cartridges, delivering maximum throughput of 72 GB/hour. A single system easily handles up to 1 terabyte (TB). Combine that with Web-based monitoring, a touch-screen control panel, and hot-swappable drives, and you have storage that’s as versatile and easy to use as it is reliable.
