Description Application The LANmark High-Density cabinet has been designed to host dense passive cross-connects in data centres. Specific attention has been given to technical constraints of data centres such as cooling and space scarcity. Numerous features contribute to an optimal space utilisation and enable installation on busy data centre floors. This High-Density cabinet enables excellent front, rear and lateral access. This is of great importance during installation but also during maintenance and upgrade operations. Proper management of large numbers of cords and securing clarity is critical for data centre management and reliability over the life time.
Performance The LANmark High-Density cabinet is particularly suited for large numbers of angled patch panels. With the built-in lateral patch management, horizontal patch guides are not required and the complete 42U rack space can be used for patch panels. A maximum of 1008 RJ45 ports or 4032 optical fibres can be hosted in the cabinet. The front of the cabinet features a double row of patchcord management fingers on both side of the 19" frame. This creates double pathways and containments for the patch cords on each side. This enables a clear routing of the cords as well as storage space for extra lengths. These patch cord management fingers are angled in order to give optimal access to the ports of the angled patch panels.

At the rear, the cabinet feature "L" shaped cable trays that accomodate large bundles of cables without interfering with hardware mounted in the 19" frame. Troughs are positionned at the top and bottom front of the cabinet and act as horizontal pass-through for cords.

42U useable, 19" frame Double row of patch cord management fingers on both side Double "L" shaped cable trays at the rear Top panel with adjustable cable entries and brushes Horizontal pass-through above and below the 42U zone (top trough 1U and lower trough 2U) • Base with large cable entries • Suitable for automatic grounding with Nexans panels featuring automatic grounding Doors and side panels need to ordered separately. Front and rear doors, as well as side panels are equipped with four quick release hinge pins allowing quick installation and removal. Each door and panel can be individually swung open or easily removed allowing best accessibility. The cabinet can be equipped at the font and at the rear with plain still doors with Euro profile lock (N345.001) or narrow doors with magnets (N345.004). The LANmark High-Density Cross-Connect cabinet can be installed on 4 adjustable jacking feet (N345.008). For raised floor installation a plinth needs to be used (N345.002). For side to side installation the fixation kit N345.007 must be used. For Back to back installation the fixation kit N345.010 must be used. A set of side panels (N345.005) must be fitted on each sides of the cabinet to close it.
