INTRODUCTION This manual is a compilation of standards installation, operation and proper maintenance of the blowers LC.
weathering ; - Do not place objects on top of the unit; - Do not touch moving parts the heater.
1. GENERAL This manual is an integral part of the product and it should be stored carefully for any future use or reference. Failure to follow the instructions of this manual entails the cancellation conditions warranty. If the appliance is sold or transferred to another owner to ensure that the manual always accompany the machine. This appliance must be used only for the use for which it was created. All uses not expressly stated in this manual are considered improper and then dangerous.
3. HANDLING AND TRANSPORT The unit is shipped with covered cardboard box adequately secured. The device can be operated by a personnel suitably equipped with an appropriate equipment for the weight of the unit, with forklift or pallet truck, taking care to distribute the weight on the supports. Upon delivery, check that during the transport there has been no damage visible on the packaging and / or on the unit. In the event damage has occurred to expose immediately to the shipper a formal complaint. Do not install damaged units. It is forbidden to disperse the parties packaging, or leave them out of reach of children as a potential source of danger. The possible storage of the unit, must take place in a suitable place, protected from bad weather events and excessive humidity, for the shortest possible time.
2. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS 2.1 INSTALLER’S QUALIFICATION The installation and maintenance must be carried out by qualified staff. 2.2 POWER SUPPLY The LC blower must be properly connected to an efficient earth fixed system. The connection to the power supply must be performed in accordance with current standards of national norms. 2.3 USE The use of the device should not be allowed to children, not technical people and disabled unassisted persons. Please observe the following guidelines: - Do not put tools, paper or anything else can penetrate through the grids protection of the fans; - Do not open the access panels to the parties inside of the appliance. These operations are reserved only to qualified personnel; - Do not to clean the external parts of the unit without first removing the power supply from the general switcher; - Do not leave the appliance exposed to 4

5. INSTALLATION Positioning:
Positioning air blowers
Disposition of heaters. The arrangement of the heaters in the environment has a significant influence on the successful heating plant Blowers in horizontal flow For large environments with big dimensions we recommend the examples shown in Fig. 1 and fig. 2. With this arrangement we offer a circular flow of air and the loss of heat is minimal. For areas of modest size we recommend positions such as those in Fig. 3 and fig. 4.
Fig. 1 Positioning air blowers
Blowers with vertical flow In the arrangement of the equipment it is important that the individual zones of influence are uniformly distributed over the entire surface of the plant fig. 5 . Fig. 2
If you want to increase your vertical launch you can interfere the zones of influence between they, obtaining a decrease in air brake stops or a jet activation fig. 6 . LC blowers can be supplied with support shelves, which facilitate the positioning fig. 7. LC units in vertical projection are suspended with the appropriate kit eyebolts and chains fig. 8.

6. WATER CONNECTION
7. ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
The sizing of the water network must be done according to the instructions of the project manager. The air blowers are provided with threaded connections, reported in the tables below.
The fig.10, 11, 12, and 13 give an indication of connection of heaters, based on all possible configurations achievable: - Wiring base fig. 10 - Wiring base with consent thermostat Fig. 11 - Circuit diagram with ambiance thermostat fig. 12 and 13.
It is advisable do not connect the air blowers with pipes diameter less than those of their attachment. - Provide on the outlet pipe a discharge air valve. - It is recommended to mount on the attacks an interception valve of the same diameter for the purpose to allow the dismantling of the heater without draining the all system. - Making the hydraulic connections as shown in Fig. 9.
8. MAINTENANCE MOTORS The motors are equipped with bearings permanently lubricated. Therefore they don’t need particular maintenance. BATTERIES Once a year, before the season of use, clean the batteries fins with compressed air. FAN Clean the fans from any accumulation of dust.
