“By following simple advice  from E.ON, we’ve cut down  on energy waste and saved  over £800 this year.” Worth’s Bakery Helping our customers. We’re on it. Worth’s Bakery in Sidcup is well known for its freshly made bread, cakes and sandwiches, as well as its friendly service. Owner Soner Biler says: “Energy is extremely important to our business. We’re under strict regulations to keep our food at certain temperatures,  so without energy, we wouldn’t have a business. “From fridges and freezers to hot plates and air conditioning, we’re  reliant on loads of electrical equipment, making energy one of our biggest overheads. ”Looking for ways to save energy and manage our costs is a top priority for us – and an ongoing challenge. We spoke to E.ON and they gave us some very good advice. We used to leave our drinks machine  on all the time, but they advised us to turn it off at night and back on again in the morning. They also advised us to condense our two freezers down to just one and to always turn equipment off instead of leaving  it on standby. ”By taking E.ON’s advice, we’ve cut down on waste and managed to reduce our energy bills by half. ”Our business is about good customer service and we look for the same from E.ON.
