he LDZB2 & LDZB6 circuit boards couple with leak detection sensing cable to create wide-area, zone-based leak detection systems with minimal hardware and start-up time.
The LDZB2 is configured to accept two leak detection cable inputs. Each input is interpreted as a zone, and each zone accommodates up to 500 feet (152.4m) of leak detection cable. This allows the LDZB2 to provide a total of 1,000 feet (304.8m) of leak detection coverage. The LDZB6 is an expanded version of the LDZB2. The LDZB6 accepts six leak detection cable inputs, therefore providing leak detection to six zones. Like the LDZB2, each zone connection monitors up to 500 feet (152.4m) of leak detection cable. The augmented capabilities of the LDZB6 allow it to provide a total of 3,000 feet (914.4m) of leak detection coverage.

Both leak detection boards communicate via Modbus to a master controller or alarm panel. This capability allows the activity and status of all LDZB boards to be managed from one central location.
