Power Button “Retriever Pro” DDREU3-BD Under JBOD Mode Under RAID1 Mode With USB Cable Connected If both drives are detected with data, the HD Access lights will begin to to blink red and green repeatedly to indicate that no access and recovery can be implemented. If one blank drive and one drive with data are inserted, it will start the recovery process automatically. It is allowed to access data while the recovery is processing. If both are blank drives, data can be copied onto both at the same time. With No USB Cable Connected If both drives are detected with data, the HD Access lights will begin to blink red and green repeatedly to indicate that no access and recovery can be implemented. Press and hold the DB button for 5 seconds to start the recovery process. If one blank drive and one drive with data are inserted, the recovery process will begin after pressing the DB button. Note: RAID1 Mode is only supported under Windows & MAC OS. When slots are full but device shows only one HDD in JBOD mode. -Please find diskmgmt.msc program in your system to reconnect your device states.
