PROTECTION FEATURES: OVER - CURRENT PROTECTION: The power supply shall enter a hiccupped mode and no damage shall occur when output current reaches to its over-current protection trigger point (set @ Max load 120-300% ). The power supply shall self recover when the fault condition is removed. SHORT - CIRCUIT PROTECTION: The power supply shall enter a hiccupped mode (input power less than 3W) and no damage shall occur when any output operating in a short circuit condition under any line condition for an indefinite period of time. The power supply shall self recover when the fault condition is removed. . OVER - VOLTAGE PROTECTION: The power supply shall be hiccupped and no damage shall occur when output current reaches to its over- voltage protection trigger point (set @ Max output voltage 120-180% ). ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIIONS: OPERATING: The power supply shall be capable of operating continuously in any mode without performance deterioration in the following environmental conditions. Ambient Temperature: 0°C ~ 40°C Relative Humidity: 10% ~ 90% Vibration: 1.0mm, 10–25Hz, 15 minutes per cycle for each axis (X, Y, Z) . NON-OPERATING: The power supply shall be capable of withstanding the following environmental conditions for extended periods of time, without sustaining electrical or mechanical damage and subsequent operational deficiencies Ambient Temperature: -30°C ~ 70°C Relative Humidity: 10% ~ 90% MIL–STD-810D X. RELIABILITY AND QUALITY CONTROL: BURN-IN: The power supply shall under go a minimum of 24 hours Burn-In test under full load at 35°C ± 5°C. COMPONENT DERATING: Semiconductor junction temperatures shall not exceed the manufacturer’s maximum thermal rating. MTBF: When the power supply is operating within the limits of this specification the MTBF shall be at least 75,000 hours at 25℃ (MIL-STD-217F). 8. DIELECTRIC STRENGTH (HI-POT): Primary to Secondary & Case AC3000V, 1 minute (leakage current less than 5mA) for type test, (3 second for production). 9. INSULATION RESISTANCE: Input to output: no less than 50 MOHM(500VDC) 10. LEAKAGE CURRENT: The leakage current shall be less than 0.25 mA for Class ǁ when power supply is operated maximum input voltage and maximum load. 11.
