LedSync82xx Built-in LED Transmission Card Installation Guide
Most LED Transmission Cards can be built in LedSync82xx,So as to: Simplify systemic connection Iimprove reliability Increase easiness of use. Technicians should thoroughly read this installation guide, so that LED Transmission Card could be properly installed.

Above figure shows an example of built-in LED Transmission Card: Items Names Description 1 PCI slot Only provides +5V power supply (today most LED Transmission Card is only supplied +5V power from PCI slot) 2 LED Transmit DVI image data that LedSync82xx Transmission outputs to LED screen Card 3 DVI cable Transfer DVI image data that LedSync82xx outputs to LED Ttransmission Card 4 RJ45 Bridge Bridge RJ45 port of LED Transmission Card to Module outside of cabinet of LedSync82xx. 5 RS232 cable Serial communication cable of LED Transmission Card , DB9 connector is directly connected to RS232 EXT (or RS232 OUT) on rear of LedSync82xx. 6 Short Used to connect LED Transmission Card and Ethernet RJ45 Bridge Module, its internal wires are in Cable parallel, without cross. See figure below:

Some LED Transmission Cards adopt USB communication mode, when it is installed inside LedSync82xx, USB2 can bridge USB port of LED Transmission Card to outside of LedSync82xx.
III.
Installation steps 1. Pull out all external connected cables of LedSync82xx, especially the power cable 2. Open the cabinet. See Figure below:
To open the upper cabinet completely, user must first pull out the connection plug, otherwise the wire may be broken!

Description Install LED Transmission Card Connect DVI cable Note: LedSync82xx provides 2 DVI output ports, one is to outside of cabinet, the other is inside of the device. The 2 DVI signals are in parallel. Here LED Transmission Card is connected to internal DVI output of LedSync82xx. Connect RS232 cable Connect Short Ethernet Cable Note: when the LED screen Ethernet Cable is directly connected to RJ45 port of Built-in LED Transmission Card, there will have images appearing on LED screen; if is connected via RJ45 Bridge Module, there will have no images appearing on LED screen. The moment user should prefer using high-quality Ethernet Cable and RJ45 connector, and use as short Ethernet Cable as practicable which is connected to LED screen!
4. Finish the installation As Figure shows, check whether the installation is proper and reliable once again, and insert E back to socket J18 of mainboard, make sure the connectors F and G are connected securely. Finally, cover the cabinet and fasten all screws, the installation is finished.
