INDUSTRY BEST Viking’s suspension design utilizes the best components in the industry for ease of towing and safe handling. The Wide Trac Heavy Duty Suspension, boasts the widest tire track in the industry and provides the best towing stability. Standard on all Viking models, the Wide Trac HD Suspension utilizes stronger axle beams than most competitors. A Viking standard safety feature on all spring and rubber torsion axles, the patented E-Z Lube® bearings provide a quick and easy method of lubrication which allows Viking owners to avoid the problem of highway breakdowns. Dexter® Axle 5 year warranty. The steel frame has an automotive E-Coat finish. This 12 step cleaning and finish system applies multiple layers of protection on the interior and exterior of steel components versus the one layer, exterior only, powder coat finish that some competitors use. There is a difference, if you look closely at the Viking details you’ll see for yourself.
Viking’s 1-1/4” insulated beds are double the thickness of the industry standard, with 1” of foam insulation for your comfort. Lift the mattress on other brands and see the difference for yourself.

The Viking roll-out design builds its strength from the bottom up. Starting with a 4" main rail frame with 2-10" tall cross members underneath for lateral support. The double triangle support system
on top of the floor is attached to the main frame.
Finally, the steel floor provides the structural base for the roll out room. The best design and all steel construction for performance and resale value.
Viking Lift System • Crank lifter system is encased in steel with flexible steel push rods for each corner. • Drive system has only a single aircraft cable and pulley with 2 grease zerks for smooth operation. • Winch has self-engaging clutch so it can be stopped at any position while raising or lowering the roof.
