CUSTOM MOLDED PRODUCTS AquaLevel CMP# 25604-000 25604-009 L E VE L INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Assembly Instructions: 1. Install the float housing onto the base by sliding the two tabs at the top of the float housing into the corresponding slots on the base. (See Fig.1a & 1b). Be sure the valve arm is resting on the upper flange of the float adjustment rod. (See Photo 1). 2. Ensure the fill tube is seated properly on the base. The groove on the fill tube should rest on the support in the center of the base. (See Photo 2) 3. Snap the top cover onto the base. (See Fig. 2). SEE # 4 BELOW BEFORE DOING THIS STEP! Fill Tube Fig. 1a. Rear Leveling Foot Base Float Housing Fig. 1b. Operation Instructions: 1. Attach garden hose to the hose connection on the fill tube. 2. Adjust the level of the float to the desired level by turning the threaded adjustment rod at the bottom of the float housing. The horizontal line on the float approximates where the water level of the pool will be maintained. (see Photo. 3) 3. Adjust the rear leveling foot to the appropriate height. It is recommended that the unit tilt toward the pool slightly. 4. If necessary, weights, such as rocks, or a bag of sand, can be placed inside the base to help stabilize the unit. Base Slot Float Housing Tab Fig. 2. Top Cover NOTE: If top cover has been installed and weight needs to be added to keep the AquaLevel in place, remove lid with a flat screwdriver. Put the end of the screwdriver in between the base and cover and “pop” the cover off.
