Liberty’s RGB Sets the Standard The liberty Advantage™
Liberty RGB cables are manufactured to meet or exceed industry standards. Their performance is equal to or greater than comparable products from other manufacturers. The performance of RGB cables is limited by the construction. Assuming manufacturing at a high quality level, the performance coax cable is limited by: • Center conductor diameter • Stranded vs. Solid center conductor • Dielectric material • Type / Quality of shield Therefore cables from reputable manufacturers have similar performance for similar construction. Specification differences are usually related to test methods and whether or not the specifications are typical performance, minimum performance, or a very conservative minimum performance level. Liberty Quality control is used to guarantee consistent precision cables every time, which not only meet or exceed industry standards, but Liberty specifications as well. A major factor that determines the cost of a cable is the way the cable reacts to a fire. UL™ listings describe how a cable is manufactured to meet a variety of requirements such as Riser or Plenum construction. Liberty strongly supports the certification of the cables and the education of the users to ensure the greatest safety for the installer and building occupants. The quality of Liberty RGB Cables is acceptable to all major consulting firms. Liberty supplies RGB cable in multiple constructions for different applications. We offer RGB in many center conductor sizes because thicker center conductors (lower AWG numbers) have better bandwidth for longer distances and greater resolution. (See 75 Ohm cable distance chart.) The options include: a) 26 AWG Stranded b) 25 AWG Stranded c) 25 AWG Solid (QuickLinx) d) 23 AWG Solid (QuickLinx) e) 20 AWG Solid (similar to RG59) f) 18 AWG Solid (similar to RG6)

We also offer RGB Cables for multiple applications. The category includes cables from 2 coaxes to 7 coaxes to simplify the installation process. Our RGB7C can be used for Red, Green, Blue, H and V sync and s-video and comes with 3 twisted pairs for audio and control. RGB6C for Red, Green, Blue, H and V sync and composite video comes with either 2 twisted pairs for audio or control(shown) or is available with 2 CAT5 cables under the same jacket. The basic RGB5C is for Red, Green, Blue, H and V sync. We also offer RGB3C for Component Video and SV-PVC for S-Video Liberty is the only cable manufacturer with connectors specifically designed to match the cable. Other connectors are made to fit all manufacturers’ cables. Reduced precision reduces performance. Liberty ConnecTec connectors are specifically designed to precisely fit Liberty Cables for the best performance. Liberty QuickLinx cables and connectors reduce termination time by 66%. Save $1000’s of labor dollars annually with this cable/connector system. This system is only available from Liberty. We use a Solid Center conductor in our cables and terminate them with a One-Piece compression connector. The result is fast, convenient and reliable connections. The DL-HDCX is an adaptor available for using HDMI with 4 or 5 Coax cables. It allows longer distances than possible with conventional HDMI cables or Category cable HDMI extenders and offers increased immunity to RF interference. The Liberty Advantage creates value for you through better understanding of your business with products and services to help you build your business.
