Lifetime Warranty Schön faucet products are manufactured to meet the highest standards of quality and workmanship. The manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser that this faucet will be leak and drip-free during normal domestic use. If, however, this faucet should ever develop a leak or drip, the manufacturer will provide the parts necessary, free of charge, to put the faucet back in good working condition. Defects or damage caused by use of other than authorized parts are not covered by this warranty. This warranty shall be effective from date of purchase as shown on purchaser’s receipt. Some states do not allow limitations on how long a warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and excludes industrial, commercial, or business use of the product, product misuse, product damage due to installation error, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or yourself. The manufacturer will not be responsible for labor charges or for damage incurred during installation, repair or replacement, nor for incidental or consequential damage. STAINLESS STEEL KITCHEN SINK LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY Schön warrants to the original purchaser of our stainless steel sinks that, for a lifetime of normal residential use, Schön will replace the sink if it fails due to manufacturing defect. Schön will not be responsible for cost of transportation, labor or installation. Schön reserves the right to examine the product, installed, prior to replacement. This warranty applies only in original installation location (it has not been moved). This warranty does not cover damages caused by: - physical abuse - damage from excessive heat
LIMITED WARRANTY SCHöN BATH TUBS What This Warranty Covers schön warrants, to the initial consumer purchaser, the Bath Tub to be free of manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the tub, provided: (1) the tub has not been moved from its original place of installation; (2) the tub has not been subjected to abuse, facility maintenance, accidental or miscellaneous damage; (3) the tub was installed according to the schön instructions provided; and (4) the tub has not been modified in any manner. What This Warranty Does Not Cover Damage to the product that has been caused by improper installation, accident, misuse (whether performed by a contractor, service company or others) or abuse (including the use of harsh or abrasive cleansers) is not covered by this warranty. This warranty specifically does not cover local building code compliance. The purchaser of schön tub should determine from a local building and/or plumbing official assurance of local code compliance prior to installation, since building codes vary considerably across the country. This warranty also does not cover any consequential or incidental damages attributable to a tub defect or to the repair or exchange of a tub, all of which are expressly excluded from this limited warranty. (Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.) What the Period of Coverage is This warranty remains in force for limited lifetime from the date of the initial purchase.
What the Company Will Do to Correct Problems If any bath tub supplied by schön is shown to have a manufacturing defect and within the period specified an inspection by an agent of schön confirms such defect, schön will repair, or at its option, exchange the tub for a like model without charge, excluding labor and other costs for removal or reinstallation. Who is Covered This warranty is exclusive and covers only the original consumer/purchaser of this bath tub, and excludes industrial, commercial, or business use of the product. How to Get Warranty Service To obtain warranty service, please bring your proof of purchase (original sales receipt) to the store or contractor that sold or installed your tub. Schön Cast Iron Leg Tub Care Your Schön leg-tub has a porcelain enamel surface. Using Abrasive or self-cleaning (Spray-on & wipe off) cleaners can mar the surface, and void the warranty. Maintenance Instructions 1.
