KEY FEATURES
Energy Efficiency Our new range of controllers HIDRA CRONO, is specially designed under the latest market guidelines and requirements, with an emphasis on energy saving. Controller consumption, at rest, limits energy consumption to 32W.
This feature is complemented with adjustable menu options of the following parameters: •
Adjustable time, to total or partial shutdown, of Cabin Light.
•
Adjust light level of indicator lights and installation registers.
•
Adjustment of step time, to Low Consumption, of the position indicators.
Connectivity Easy adjustment of the multiple functions of the installation, through controller program. •
Programming Console pluggable in, both, Controller or car top box.
•
Micro SD card, allows the storage the of all the elevator operations, up to the one hundredth of a second, update the Firmware and Backup and parameterization of the Controller. Connectting to a PC, through CRONO software management, allows monitoring and parameterization of the Controller. Besides that, it also allows the conversion and export of the Log file into a HTML or TXT file for statistic and error detection purposes. It also allows to generate listings of installation parameters, for storage or print.

CRD Magnetic switch The CRD is a family of double magnetic switches basically employed in lift positioning, door access control and led activation to indicate that the lift is located in the unlocking zone. It operates using reed bulbs relays that act on a permanent magnetic field produced by a magnet mounted on the guide rail. They are easy to install, precise and reliable. Can be used with all control panels as they are completely independent elements.

GAP
Cabin Positioning System
GAP is a car positioning device, developed by CARLOS SILVA S.A., for all types of our Control Boards. It is designed to ease the installation of the lift, minimizing the time of placement and adjustment of the magnets along the guides. It requires a small number of magnets, as compared to the traditional positioning system. Has an alphanumeric monochrome LCD Display – 6.25 x 1.2 cm – 16 character lines, which shows operating information and allows programming of the parameters of the installation and start up operation. The setup menu is designed for quick and simple adjustment. It also has a LED status indicator for input/output signals. Its main function is to generate landing signals and extreme speed changes It can be placed in two different locations: • Cabin Roof. • Control Panel. It attaches itself on any metal surface, through neodymium magnets. Gap is supplied with specific cable assembly and its corresponding documentation, depending on the type of traction and its location at the assembly. It requires an incremental encoder, available from CARLOS SILVA S.A.*, to be assembled in one of the following locations: • Cabin • Shaft Hole • Pulley of speed limiter Specifically designed for: : • Installations with short stops • Installations with many landing • Installations with high speed lifts

TRACK
Digital link for Voice and Data The digital track Mk-775 is a versatile integrated solution that provides full connectivity trough a single computer, allowing connection to the GSM / GPRS system, with all carriers available from any operator (Voice, DTMF, TMDT©, GPRS (TCP and UDP), USSD and SMS. Supports actual M2M platform with all its benefits (securización, permanent static IP with not invoicing context) and can work with any telephone operator. Includes two communication buses (CAN and RS-232) to execute remote control and maintenance. Generates a digitally controlled analog phone line of 48 Vdc, with sinusoidal voltage of 110 Vac. These specifications make it compatible with any telephone device available in the market. Allows connection of up to 5 devices, simultaneously. Includes a 12 Vdc / 600 mA battery to operate even when the main fails. The supply voltage is 230Vac/50Hz or 115 Vac/60Hz, depending on model. Complies with EN81-28 Normative. Embedded Web Server. Fully programmable via the Internet. Lifts: The Mk-775 allow to use any autodialler with the GSM/GPRS network, maintaining a total reliability (zero-errors) in the data transmission (automatic test calls and event transfer). The audio call is only generated in case of trapped passengers. The data transmission is always a digital communication, usually free-ofcharge using networking companies offers. Allow the communication with the controller via CAN or RS-232 for remote monitoring or surveillance also free of charge in most cases.
