Shipping charges are included on the invoice when applicable. Products are shipped via UPS. Orders under $100 and for International sales are charged a shipping fee. Manufacturer’s Warranty: Every Inspiredy by Drive product comes with one year manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty ensures that when you receive our products, they will arrive free of defects in material and workmanship. We will repair or replace any part or entire product at our discretion for a period of up to one year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. This warranty does not include the cost of inconvenience, shipping, property damage, misuse, abuse, accident, or similar incidents. Products returned for warranty replacement or repair must be shipped prepaid. The warranty will not apply if the product has been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized individuals. Proof of Delivery: A shipping confirmation will be automatically emailed if the email address is provided at the time of ordering or by contacting Customer Service with your Order/Purchase Order #. Return Policy: Inspired by Drive will provide a refund for all unused products returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, with an approved Return Authorization. Returned items are subject to a reprocessing fee. The products must be new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging, freight prepaid, and received by Inspired by Drive without damage. Any damage claim is between the individual and the shipping company, so proper packaging, additional insurance, and tracking is recommended.
