LKV373IR can connect the HDMI output devices (such as HD camera, Blu ray) to the HDMI display by using cat 5e/6 cable for long distances instead of expensive HDMI cable, you can also use existing remote control to control the devices from long distances. Ⅰ-Connect directly by UPT cable over 120 meters by single CAT6 cable:
Ⅱ-Connect by router: and it is with adding features of transmitting HDMI signal by Ethernet router. Cables can run another 80~120 meters by cascading Ethernet switch/router. We have tested 3 cascades to work OK. It depends on the working network bandwidth and working environment including the cable quality, HDMI cable quality, HDMI video quality,etc.

Ⅲ- By Ethernet Router/Switch, LKV373 can be upgraded to HDMI Splitter + CAT5/6 extender. Principally, up to 255pcs receivers can be connected. We have tested to connect 8pcs receiver to work OK. It depends on the working network bandwidth and working environment including the cable quality, HDMI cable quality, HDMI video quality, etc.
