Technical Information LOBADUR® WS Sealer FR Product description Two-component finish for producing fire-resistant surfaces in accordance with EN 13501-1 Class Cfl-s1. Range of Use: Solid parquet and wood floors made from woods with a raw wood density of ≥0.47g/cm³. Recommended for uses in which the minimum total thickness as per EN 14342 cannot be achieved (renovation projects), as well as for non-standard solid wood floors. Prepare and prime surface with WS EasyPrime. 2. Allow primer to dry according to technical information. 3. Roll on first WS Sealer FR 4. Drying over night max. 24 h 5. Roll on second coat of WS Sealer FR 6. Drying over night max. 24 h 7. Intermediate sanding with LOBATOOL PerforatedPad P120 or finer 8. Trowel one coat of WS TopGel 9. Roll on WS 2K Duo (any type and gloss levels except gloss possible) Variation with clear color reinforcement 1. Prepare and prime surface with HS GlobaSeal. 2. Allow primer to dry according to technical information. 3. Roll one coat of WS Sealer FR. 4. Allow to dry overnight, 5. Intermediate sanding exclusively with LOBA grid vlies. 6. Trowel one coat of WS TopGel 7.
