Male person fell down escalator stairs after dropping his phone and trying to retrieve it. Male fell backwards down the up escalator on platform 5. Female in wheelchair went up escalator and has fallen out of the wheelchair. Elderly female loses balance and falls on base of escalators on platform 5. Boy falls backwards going up escalators on platform 5. Female fell on escalator 8. Elderly female fell down the escalator after trying to help a child. Male passenger stated that he cut his foot on the escalator on platform 2. Elderly female travelling down escalator to platform 6/7 has fallen backwards to bottom of escalator. Male person attempts to ride down escalator hand rail on platform 5 and falls. Elderly male with pushing bike up escalator and falls backwards. Mother of youth claims her son rolled his ankle on escalator as it was stationery. The claim was not substantiated by train station staff. Male person falls on the top northern end escalator. It appears the male may have been under the influence of alcohol. The escalator leading up to the eastern concourse from platform 6/7 stopped and reversed its direction causing passengers to fall. An elderly female travelling up escalator 2 at Esplanade fell. Female passenger fell down the escalator. An elderly female had fallen from the top of the escalators on platform 6/7. 30/05/2013 Subiaco An elderly male had collapsed on the escalator leading up to the concourse level. The injured male claimed he was on medication for health issues and stated he lost balance on the escalator. 31/05/2013 Perth Station 7/06/2013 Perth Underground An elderly female has fallen backwards onto the escalator on platform 6/7. Two female passengers attempted to use escalator no.5 with two strollers.The first stroller became stuck at exit to ecsalator causing the second stroller and passenger and an elderly gentleman behind them to bank up and fall. 21/06/2013 Murdoch Two female passengers have fallen backwards at the top of escalator 2 30/06/2013 Perth Station 6/08/2013 Subiaco 7/08/2013 Perth Underground 8/08/2013 Perth Underground 12/08/2013 Kwinana An elderly male has fallen at the top of the down escalator on Platform 5. An elderly male has fallen on up escalator at platform 2. A passenger carried a ladder vertically on escalator and it jambed between escalator step and soffit resulting in loss of control of ladder, falling backwards on or near travelling passengers. A passenger had fallen down whilst travelling up the escalator.
