Model Series: LWR Lowell Wall-mount Rack – 19"D Description: The E.I.A. compliant, UL Listed (Standard 1678) sectional wall-mount rack consists of a sturdy steel backbox and mounting section that are boxed separately for convenience—the backbox can be fieldinstalled while the mounting section is loaded with equipment at the shop. Made in U.S.A. with 100% certified U.S. steel. Includes PilotPointTM screws with 5.1 hardness and captive washers (order RSPseries for extra hardware). Features: • Mounting Section: The mounting section provides greater than 90-degree open-swing access for servicing and requires a minimum clearance of 13.06" (plus 1" if optional front door is used). It mounts to the backbox from the inside using two heavy duty, spring-loaded L-pins, providing fast, secure installation without externally visible hinges. The stability of the L-pin design combined with the section’s fully gusseted corners and triple formed side-tobottom, side-to-top wrap design achieve strength equivalent to 3/16" thick steel for dependable support. A roller-closure allows it to seat in the closed position without mandatory locking. Includes one-pair of adjustable rails (tapped 10-32) that are recessed 0.625" to allow 1.375" space between equipment knobs and (optional) front door. Integral top and bottom rails on E.I.A. spacing are included for mounting or lacing. Vented sides have notches to accommodate an optional fan kit (FW1-KIT). Four knockouts for wireless antennae on top and bottom. These 19”D units also feature beveled front corners. • Backbox: The 5.81”D box has 16" mounting centers, a 10"x10" opening to mount over electrical pull boxes, and embossed dimples on the back plane for installation of board-mounted accessories. It features removable knockout panels at top and bottom and two keyed locks on one side (keyed differently than optional front door). Model No. LWR-1019 The mounting section secures to its backbox with spring-loaded L-pins that can be repositioned to change swing orientation. Options: (order separately) • Front Door: solid steel, fully-vented steel, or smoked plexiglass (see LFD Series). • Rack Rails: extra mounting rails can be ordered to support rear of rack-mounted equipment (see RRD Series).
