COMFORT The collaboration with CLAAS for the cab supply adds a supplement of quality to the project. Huge spaces, exceptional acoustic comfort at only 67.5 dBA, excellent view during work and transfers, standard passenger’s seat, central lighting system and Krammer pneumatic seat. Sober inner design combined with an advanced air conditioning system, also available with Level 4 to accomplish European regulations.

CAB Complete instrumentation supplied with all necessary information, available at a glance. The Terra Display allows an efficient check of every function concerning motion, hydraulic and electronic steering system management in real time. A Bravo 400s computer with optional GPS system activates the automatic closing of the sections displayed on the screen.

suspensions MAF is extremely comfortable and safe on roadway and during work, as a result of a careful fine tuning of its innovative Mazzotti hydraulic independent suspensions system.
The suspensions are hydraulically connected to each axle and controlled through a hydraulic junction box modifying the excursion and rigidity according to the load. 6 pressure accumulators are constantly stimulated for soil asperity compensation, keeping MAF stable and comfortable.

The 4-wheel steering system is critical to reduce the time for accessing the field and not to damage the crops. The rear wheels always follow the front ones. The steering angle is very limited, with an inner/outer range of 4100/5900mm.
The shift from 4-wheel to 2-wheel steering is simply activated by a pedal. Exclusive Mazzotti rear wheels hydraulic block system with mechanical safety. A guarantee for staying always on the carriage way…at any time.

3 DIFFERENT GROUND CLEARANCES MAF comes with standard 1500mm clearance and 2250mm to 2950mm track. Designed for all crops, it can be available with boosted clearance up to 1700mm and 2250-3000mm track, to spray tall crops such as rapeseed, corn or sunflowers without damaging them. It also comes in the 1300mm-clearance version and 1800mm to 2250mm track for narrow-row crops and horticulture.

MAF is equipped with a standard hydraulic lifting system for a swift track change. The lift is positioned in a specific point and you can operate the hydraulic opening of the axles to the width you wish. The track can be modified from 1800mm to 2250mm, or from 2250mm to 2950mm.

ENGINE Powerful Perkins 6-cylinder 238 HP Tier 3 engine, optimised for the MAF self-propelled machine, sound-proof, available in the Tier 4 version. A generous 990 Nm – 1900 g/m torque allows relentless feed.
Accessibility Two useful hydraulic ladders facilitate the access into the cab, the engine and the spacious room for storing the product.
MAF Cooling System Separate cooling circuits for engine, hydraulic oil and air conditioning, for a perfect performance. The hydraulic oil tank has a 210lt capacity to avoid overheating.
Transmission A SAUER-POCLAIN transmission, designed to solve any difficult driving situation. Two SAUER pumps control the POClain rear and front Engines, without electronic devices. The feed has two speeds, 0-20 and 0-40km, as well as standard Cruise control Slow motion 0-20km.
UPLOADING

A large and fast 60lt-pre-mixer, equipped with jets for the cleansing of containers. Uploading occurs through a pump with a 3” spout or directly from an external pump with a 2” pipe. The Visio monitor allows to visualise the litres taken into the tank. The uploading with hydraulic hose reel and a 500lt/min. centrifuge pump are also available. The system carries out the automatic filling of both the main tank and the two fresh water tanks.

The Ci-M booms are available in lengths 32 and 36m, with final sections in carbon steel, extremely sturdy yet light, featuring low inertia during braking and acceleration.
The air-hose equipment is available for booms up to 28m. The turbine rotation can be regulated from the cockpit

computer mazzotti bravo 400.S Mazzotti has selected the Bravo 400s computer and included it in the standard equipment. It offers a complete visualisation of all main data on its 5.7” screen. The same screen can be optionally coupled with an efficient GPS system which allows the automatic closing of the various sections, to stop the spraying after treatment.
