Secure the hinge bracket for the blind cover at the paper feed side at the front of the Finisher with the screw.
Install the Finisher in the e-STUDIO so that the lock lever of the Hole Punch Unit fits into the hook of the finisher connecting bracket smoothly.

While fitting the positioning pin of the blind cover into the slot of the hinge bracket for the blind cover and fitting to the 2 dowels, install the blind cover in the e-STUDIO.

Pull out the lock bracket.
Move the Finisher closer to the e-STUDIO carefully until the guide pin of the Finisher connecting bracket of the e-STUDIO and the positioning hole of the Hole Punch Unit are aligned. Set the Finisher to the e-STUDIO.

Push the lock bracket in and then secure it with the screw.
Make sure that the gap between the Hole Punch Unit and the e-STUDIO front side is in the range of 0 to 10 mm. 10mm

If the gap exceeds 10 mm, perform gap adjustment for the Finisher. (Refer to “II-9. UNPACKING AND SETUP FOR FINISHER MJ-1106”.)
