Mainline Premium Data Socket High speed and secure data networking at any point? We’ve got it covered. To give you even more flexibility in your working and living space, we have developed the world’s first Mainline movable data networking socket. The Mainline Premium Data Socket bridges the gap between fixed network points and wireless technology. With wireless technology having low networking speeds but high flexibility of location and fixed network points having high network speeds but no flexibility. The Mainline Premium Data Socket has been designed to sit somewhere in the middle. Offering impressive flexibility matched with equally impressive network speeds.

The sockets allow you to move your internet access points, giving you the best possible coverage anywhere in your home or working environment. And all this is an added bonus on top of the ability to simply and safely add, remove and reposition power sockets.
“To reconfigure the rooms in a way that I wanted, I would have needed to reroute all the wiring in the wall cavities or under the floor which would not only have been expensive, but cost us considerable downtime. The Mainline Premium Data Socket, coupled with the Mainline Power Track, solved all our problems. Now we have the best of both worlds – power where and when we want it and the same with high speed data networks.” To configure your network you will need at least two of our Premium Data Sockets (or HomePlug AV compatible units), one to connect to your router and one to connect to your devices.

Your home or building is already connected together by all the electrical cabling that runs throughout it. Our product uses this electrical cabling and cleverly passes data through it. You can now access this data network at any point where you use an electrical socket on the Mainline track – without the need for any new wires! Even better…If you are already using a product from another Powerline manufacturer which is HomePlug AV compatible, our product will easily connect to it!
Plug and play technology Fast, reliable Internet access anywhere Reduce total cost of ownership Future proof your data needs
Power and data can be moved at any point, to anywhere on the Mainline track (blue line) which utilises the existing electrical network (red line).
*Compatible with HomePlug Alliance AV standard and other Power Ethernet products All sockets must be electrically connected sharing the same power phase in order for devices to provide a network connection between them
