It enables machines to be securely and remotely maintained all over the world via existing Internet access, 4G/3G+, PSTN, GSM data or ISDN networks. ☛ PC of the remote maintenance operator is «in one click» teleported onto the Ethernet or the serial interface of the machine The operator can use his usual design or diagnostic software as if he were on site close to the machine. ☛ Alarms and data collection remotely The operator can receive an alarm via SMS or an EMail and trigger a connection using his PC or tablet PC to display technical charts. ☛ Machine breaks and travelling costs reduction ETIC TELECOM remote machine solution dramatically improves machine users satisfaction and cuts down travelling costs of the machine operator.

☛ Secured Remote users are authentified via a certificate. Remote access to equipment is made through a login password and the knowledge of a the private key of the equipment located in the factory. It is impossible to penetrate remotely the network of the factory (VPN tunnel).
☛ Simple M2Me_Secure software is a directory containing
the data required to connect up to any machine : IP adress, domain name, PSTN or GSM data number ... Wether you are using the Internet, the PSTN or GSM, one click is enough to teleport and connect the PC to the machine.
☛ Validated M2Me offer is compatible with major industrial equipment of the market (automation systems, touch screen, digital control; engine control, cameras, ..), such as Schneider, Siemens, Rockwell, MITSUBISHI, ABB, Moeller, FANUC, B&R, SEW... Cables and adaptors are available on demand.

Connection via the Factory Internet access If the factory inside which the machine is installed can deliver an internet access (Ethernet or Wifi), RAS installation becomes plug and play with M2Me installation Wizard. No dedicated line with related costs is then requested. RAS has just to pluged to the Ethernet or Wifi network.
