The DCP-30A & DCP-30E are horizontally mounted models, designed to fit under the lowest of display cabinets. The DCP-30V mounts vertically, either behind a refrigerated display cabinet or on a ‘cold room’ wall.

CANTILEVER ARMS: These ready-made, hot dipped galvanised steel cantilever arms with 14mm diameter holes offer a quick and easy method of supporting condensing units on external walls. Available in a straight length and webbed version in a variety of lengths. The strut dimensions are 41mm x 41mm x 2.5mm.
The flexi Lite-Kit is a low cost innovative solution for floor mounting any type of air conditioning equipment and air source heat pump. This method to floor mounting avoids the high cost and time consuming method of constructing a concrete slab. Our solution can be delivered to site with minimum ground work preparation. It can be assembled in minutes and provides an external fixing point with built in anti-vibration characteristics to suit all sizes and brands of air conditioning units and domestic air source heat pumps. • • • •

Simple steps to construction
1. Measure 50mm from each end and drill a 9mm hole through the foot.
5. Insert all four base plates through the lightweight slab.
2. Position the light weight slab in the required location of the ASHP unit.
6. Once all base plates are located reposition the lightweight slab.
3. Position both feet on the lightweight slab to match the pitch of ASHP feet.
7. Place both feet the threads.
4. Once positioned drill straight through the foot and into the lightweight slab.
8. Secure the feet with nuts & washers & position the spring nuts in the strut.
9. The Flexi Light-Kit is complete and ready for the ASHP unit to be fitted.
Add flexi EXTENDER-FRAMES as required to create your own bespoke system. Any number can be added in any direction to make a system of any size. This can either be done during the initial installation or for future extension of the system.
flexi Foot - with Strut
These feet can be used to support small pipework, runs of cable tray or as an alternative to supporting outdoor condensing units, air source heat pumps and a variety of outdoor equipment. They can also be used to support both solar thermal and solar photovoltaic on flat roof installations.
The flexi foot with strut comes in four sizes: • Sizes: 250mm, 400mm, 600mm & 1000mm. • Made from heavy duty recycled rubber. • 21mm x 41mm galvanised steel strut is supplied bonded to the rubber. • Drain slots moulded to underside of foot.
The flexi foot universal has three M10 inserts offering flexibility to support small pipework, runs of cable tray, air source heat pumps and a variety of outdoor equipment. The installer is free to bolt their own strut of various lengths to suit any installation from 500 mm to 3000 mm in length. These can be used to support both solar thermal and solar photovoltaic on flat roof installations. • • • • •

Now available in 6 metre and 30 metre coils. This reinforced pvc hose is suitable for condensate drains and comes packaged in clear shrink-wrap for protection and easy storage. Black reinforced pvc hose has no light penetration, preventing build up of mould growth.
Applications include air conditioning and refrigeration condensate drains, condensate pump discharge lines and humidifier overflows. Available in 30 & 15 metre coils the clear vinyl hose comes ready packed in a box making it easier for use and storage.
