Zitzi Clozitt It is very important that all the persons that are near to the child read this manual. The product is intended for use in daily hygiene by users with seating problems and fits many different kinds of diagnoses. 2:1) Introduction To be able to make the most of Zitzi Clozitt fully it is important for you to read through this manual. It is applicable to all people near the user. If you need supplementary information you are welcome to contact Anatomic SITT AB. Adjustment / fitting of Zitzi Clozitt, should be done by a medical / competent person.
Sizes: Zitzi Clozitt have 4 different sizes. Adjustments can be made as the child grows. Maximum user weight: 130kg.

NOTE! Important! The gas piston should be used regularly to maintain functionality. When the product is not used, the gas piston must be activated at least once every 6 months. Also, when storing the product, make sure that the piston rod is positioned pointing downwards. If not, the gas piston seal might break and the piston lose its function.

- Use the enclosed hexagonal wrenches to perform easy adaptions. - The user should not be sitting in the chair when adjustments are done. - To make the fitting easier it would be advisable to consider what accessories should be mounted. A due course on the back stay can vary. A good starting point however is from top to bottom:
1) Bracket, Headrest
15:1) Operation instructions / Washing instructions: - After bath/shower, loosen the seat- & back cushion so it can dry. - Cushions & belt cushions: 40o centigrade, washing require careful handling. No tumbling or drying cabinet. - Plastic & metal parts: Wipe plastic and metal parts with a damp piece of rag. - Maintenance should be carried out with regular intervals and when necessary.

Important! Activate the gas piston regularly!
Pay attention to the wear parts and the general condition of the chassis. Exchange parts when necessary. NOTE! Important! Check the functionality of the gas piston thouroughly! When cleaning the chassis, use the disinfection agents common within health care. (environmentally friendly) Colour code: RAL9010 15:2) Disassembly / Disposal A used part or product is dismounted or discarded. The parts should be separated by material type. Metal = frame, mounting pipe, stay, sit-& back frame, push handle m.m. Plastic = sit- & back frame, table, pot m.m Combustibles = lining, hip belt, X-harness m.m 15:3) Summary / Supervisory control: - Perform the supervisory controls that are stated under respective item continously. - Check that all screws are thoroughly tightened regulary. - Check the wear of the straps and pressure reductioning belt cushions regulary. - If the straps and belt cushions look worn, exchange to new ones. - Make sure that you do not angle the seat too far forward when the user is sitting on it. - Max. user weight: 130kg.

Tip! Always mount the lowest placed accessories first. If you have to mount any other accessory, you may have to remove the end cap at the top of the back profile and put all the accessories back in the correct order.
15:4) Combinations: Zitzi Clozitt is a CE marked product which can be combined with all accessories described in this manual. For other combinations, please contact Anatomic SITT AB. 15:5) Spare parts: Zitzi Clozitt may only be fitted with spare parts delivered by Anatomic SITT AB. 15:6) Marking: Zitzi Clozitt with the accessories described in this manual is a CE marked product. A unique serial number is put on the rear intermediate tube. The serial number is to be stated by all correspondence concerning the product. 15:7) Warranty: 1 year, manufacturing.
3:1) Mounting of the intermediate pipes: The seat unit can be mounted in alternative positions: 14:1) Anti-tippers Rear pipe: The rear interminate tube can be mounted in 6 different height positions. It can be necessary to perform this adjustment for two different reasons: - If the basic adjustment of the seat unit tilt needs to be changed. - If the attachment clamp of the back stay collides with another attachment on the back stay.
1. Rear part of the frame with wheel and anti-tipper 2. Unscrew the wheel 3. See picture 4. See picture 5. Assemble the anti-tipper to the frame leg 6. Attach the wheel with the screw through the hole in the anti-tipper 7. Attach loosely, so that you can adjust the anti-tipper
Mounting of the seat unit: The seat unit can be mounted in 2 different height positions.
8. Adjust the anti-tipper to a straight backwards facing position, tighten the set screw 9. Tighten the screw that holds the wheel

To consider when mounting the intermediate pipes: - The intermediate tubes should be tightened with 25Nm. - In order to get the left respectively the right frame part perpendicular do like this: - Tighten the screws according to pos. A picture 2 with your fingers. - Place the unit on a plane floor and load the two frame parts so that all the wheels are in contact with the floor. (For example by sitting on the frame). - Tighten the screws according to pos. A, picture 2 with 25 Nm at the tightening point.

4:1) Tread stay

Clozitt is equipped with tread stays to make the lifting of the front wheels easier.
Tread stay
- To lift the front wheels for example over a threshold: Tread on the stay with your foot and pull at the same time the push handle towards you. 4:2) Locking the wheels:
Locking the wheels
- Press the brake pedal down with your foot to lock the wheels (See picture). Pull the pedal up to free the wheel.
4:3) Removeable push handle: When necessary the driving bow can be removed.
- Loosen the knobs according to pos. A. - Pull the push handle straight upwards.
The push handle has an effect on the stability of Zitzi Clozitt. Therefore you should only consider removing it only when it is in the way, or during transport.
Pot
There are two different pots and brackets depending on what Clozitt size it is going to be mounted on.
Mounting pot size 1 Mount the pot with the tin-plate angles. Attaches with 4 tin-plates. Attaches with existing screws. The holder should be mounted so that the opening for the pot ends up on one of the longer sides. Mounting pot size 2 The pot is attached with two screws (A) and one hook (B). Attaches with existing screws. The holder should be mounted so that the opening for the pot ends up on one of the longer sides. Mounting of urine protection (C) Presses against front edge, or between the leg parts when divided seating seating part are used.

4:4) Adjustment of the back height:
- Loosen the screws according to pos. A. - Adjust to correct height. - Tighten the screws.
NOTICE! If the head reaches over the back support, a headrest should always be used. Pos. A

5:1) Tilt adjustments.
Adjustable back Zitzi Clozitt can also be fitted with an adjustable back in order to, when needed, give more support and positioning abilities than the standard back.
Activate the gas spring by lifting or pressing down the lever according to pos. A. Adjust to desired tilt, release the lever. Pos. A

Angle adjustments, back support
- Unfasten the screws according to pos. A. - Adjust to desired angle. - Tighten the screws.
Adjustments, height: 1) Loosen the screws. 2) Adjust to the desired angle. 3) Tighten the screws.
Pos. A Be sure you tighten the screws properly!
5:3) Mounting the footrest: - Mount the footrest according to the picture. Tighten the knob according to (A).

5:4) Adjustment of the angle at the knee joint: Adjustments, width: 1) Loosen the screws. 2) Adjust to the desired angle. 3) Tighten the screws.
- Unfasten the screws according to (B) - Adjust to desired angle. - Tighten the screws.
6:1) Angle adjustment in the foot joint: Can be adjusted in two ways: 1) Adjust the angle by adjusting the screw according to pos. A. 2) Move the lower attachment to the front hole according to pos. B.

6:2) Height adjustment foot plate: - Loosen the knob according to pos. C. - Adjust to desired height. - Tighten the knob. B
6:3) Ball joint adapter Height adjustment of the foot plate: - Loosen the screws as shown in fig. 2 pos A. - Adjust to desired height. - Tighten the screws.

Adjustment of the foot plate (B): - Loosen the screws (fig. 2 pos B.) - Adjust to desired height. - Tighten the screws.
Adjustment (C): - Loosen the screws. See pos. C. - Adjust to desired position. - Lock the screws.
6:4) Mounting / adjusting flexible foot support Mounting the foot support Loose the end part and push the foot support onto the profile. Flexibility (C) The screw in position (B) should always be in its lowest position to be fully flexible. Height adjustment Loosen the screws (A) and (B).

Angle adjustment Loosen the screw in position (C) and adjust the foot support to desired angle.

Mounting / adjusting of the calf support
- Mount the calf support according to picture. - Can be adjusted in height and width. - Loosen the screws according to A or B. - Adjust to desired position. - Tighten the screws. Pos. A - Adjust height Pos. B - Adjust width
Attention, note the wedge position of the slot nut. This is very important so it do not effect the possibility to adjust the seat (see the picture to the left).

Mounting the table
- Remove the end cap on the back profile. - Mount the attach clamp at the back stay according to the picture (B). - Loosen the screws of the attach clamp and the screws according to (A) enough to be able to adjust the support by your hand. - Place the user in the seat and adjust to desired position. - Put the end cap back, tighten all screws.
1) Place the table at the armrest plates. 2) Turn the mounting rod beneath the armrest plate as shown in picture 1. Turn the mounting rod until it is placed inside the raised knob beneath the armrest plate.

Mounting / adjustment of the head support
It is easy to remove the head support: - Loosen the knob according to (C) to remove the head support.
Adjustments, Seat (starfish)
A Adjustments, Seat Seat depth, leg difference and abduction of the leg is easy to adjust. To reach the screws, start by removing the lining. The seat depth and the leg difference is adjustable 5 cm as standard. Standard seat depth is 40 cm.
B To adjust the seat depth: The seat part is equipped with two slots for longer seat depth. (Only seat part 4). Loosen the screws A & B, so that the seat parts can be adjusted by hand. Attention! Do not loosen the screws completely! - Adjust the seat parts by holding the hand under the seat parts. - Lock the screws according to pos. A & B. To adjust the abduction: Loosen the screws A & B, so that the seat parts can be adjusted by hand. Attention! Do not loosen the screws completely! - Adjust the seat parts by holding the hand under the seat parts. - Lock the screws according to pos. A & B

7:2) Mounting, armrest The arm support should be mounted at the back stay.

- Mount the armrest according to the picture - Adjust to desired height. - Tighten the screws according to pos. A 7:3) Width adjustment: - Loosen the knob according to pos. B. - Adjust to desired width. - Tighten the knob.
7:4) Depth adjustment: - Loosen the screw according to pos. C. - Adjust to desired position. - Tighten the screw.

8:1) Mounting / adjustment of the hip belt: Mounting: - Mount the fastening strap in respective loop (two on each side)

NOTICE! The fastening strap should be mounted in the lower ones of the loops, See picture 1 & 2. Adjustment: - Tighten the belt on both sides of the buckle in order to center it. (See picture) - Adjust the belt cushions to give an optimal pressure reduction. - If the strap is too long, cut the superfluous strap and burn the end so it will not unravel itself.

Lower attachment of X-harness, Sternum support (Picture 3) The lower attachment should be mounted according to picture 3. The straps are attached to the same fastener as the sitt-belt. Lock the strap using the "Tri-glide" buckle according to picture 4. Adjustment: Place the user in the seat and loosen the screws according to pos. C & D, pic 1. Adjust the arms so that the pull direction for the upper fix points are in level with the shoulders.
- Attach the screw according to pos. C, pic 1. - Adjust to desired width by angling the stay to the right or left. (check that there is enough space for the neck). - Lock the screw (D). - Adjust the belt pads in height to provide optimal pressure release.
Supervisory control: - Check that there is enough space for the neck. - Pressure on the strap. - The placement of the belt cushions.
8:2) Mounting / Adjustment of chest support (X-harness, Sternum support, H-harness) Mounting: Upper holder: - Remove the end cap on the back profile. - Remove the headrest. - Mount upper stays according to pic.1. - Open the buckle according to pos. B, run the upper fastening strap through it and lock it.

Lower attachment of H-harness (Picture 2): Lower attachment should be mounted according to picture 2. The straps are attached to the same fastener as the sitt-belt. Lock the strap using the "Tri-glide" buckle according to picture 4. Adjust the mounting bracket if necessary.
