PREPARING FOR FIXTURE TO THE WALL

Make the holes for fixing the hydroshower to the wall by following the measurements indicated in the diagram. Fix clamp (P) to the wall with a stop-screw.

Prepare the holes for the wall taps with filter for connection of the hot (C) and cold (F) water with “T” coupling. Remove the screws indicated by the arrow in order to remove the front panel. Pull the bottom part of the panel towards you so that the (Y) clips come out of their respective housings. Place the bathtub in the corner of the bathroom and make sure it is on a level by using the appropriate adjustable feet. Prepare the drain connection by using the supplied syphon.

Move the bathtub away from the corner so as to proceed with subsequent assembly steps. Remove the screw from the end of the lower track. Apply silicone to the track end as shown in the diagram. Place back panel (A) onto the bathtub by inserting the upright onto the end of the lower track. Fix the panel with the previouslyremoved screw and washer (C). Insert the screws and washers (C1) for fixture to the bathtub. Make sure to insert the screw marked (!) into the indicated hole.

Remove the screw from the end of the lower track. Apply silicone as indicated and in the part of the track groove that matches the side panel. Place back panel (D) onto the bathtub. Fix the panel to the track with the previously-removed screw and washer (C). Insert the screws with washers (C1) for fixture to the bathtub. Fit the rubber doorstop onto panel (D) with the screw and washer (C2).
Join panel (D) and (B) with the screws, washers and nuts (C2). Tighten screws (C1) on the bathtub.

Remove the screws from the ends of the upper track. Insert the track onto the end of the uprights. Fix the upper track to the back panel using the previously-removed screws and washers (C1). Tighten the screws on the ends of the side panel upright (E).

Move panel (E) carefully and insert it onto the bathtub track, leaving a space of a few centimetres from the back panel. Place the threaded dowels onto the upright of side panel (E) so that they match up with the holes on back panel (D); if necessary, use a 2.5 Allen key. Check that gasket (!) fits properly along the entire length of the side panel upright. Slide side panel (E) so that it meets with back panel (D) and tighten with the screws with nuts and washers (C).

FITTING THE DOOR
Apply a NEUTRAL (NON ACETIC) silicone so as to prevent water leaks between the back panels and the bathtub.

Insert the track covers (V) and the end-trim (Y) into the top and bottom tracks. Turn the nut (D) until it is flush with the top of the “C” screw. Mount the door, hooking the wheels (P) with the spring support onto the lower track Lift the door up so that the top wheels (N) slide into the track.

Fit the door by inserting it between the EASY control panel and the lower track; then insert upper bearings (P) into the upper track.

Fit the handle onto the door support and tighten the screws (C). Then insert the piece of trim.

Close the door and make sure that the magnetic seals are aligned along the entire length of the door. In the event that the seals do not come together - as in case (A) or case (B) - adjust the top slide assembly indicated by the arrow. - Lift the door, grasping it by the supports. - Tighten the screw (D) until the magnetic seals are aligned. N.B. After adjusting the slide assembly, lock the nuts (D) in place, inserting the covers (K) with the inner wings facing outwards.

B FITTING THE DOME

Apply the steam-tight adhesive gasket to the top of the back panels, making it pass behind the holes for the fixture of the dome. Position the dome by inserting its edge into the cabinet track, making sure that gasket (G) faces the inside of the cabinet. Fix the dome with screws (C3).

A5 Once caps (D) have been removed, they are not re-usable. C - Hot water connection. Use a 60 cm flexible stainless steel tube and connect to the tap with filter. F - Cold water connection. Use a 60 cm flexible stainless tube and a “T” coupling for connection to the tap with filter. A1 - Connection of tube 1 and 2 for the sauna and tube 5 for the shower outlet with vaporizer. A2 - Cleaning the taps with filter. A3 - Connection of tube 3 (draining).

Use the yellow-green wire to connect the metal parts of the appliance as shown in the diagram. Connect the other yellow-green wire which is under the bathtub edge as shown. A clamp for equipotential connection to other earth wires in the bathroom is available at point (1). N.B.: Should your model not have one of the components shown in the diagram, isolate the relative “fast-on”.

USING THE SYSTEM FOR THE FIRST TIME Once all the connections have been made and before definitively fixing the cabinet to the wall, remove all stickers. Carry out a regeneration cycle and a sauna cycle by following the instructions in the enclosed manual for use. Check that there are no water leaks from the connections and that everything is operating normally. Should the sauna system not work after connection to the electric mains has been made, press the red button (1) on the power unit box. Should the control panel signal a fault (with the flashing of all leds) when the sauna is used for the first time, press the thermostat reset button (2) which is on the boiler cover so that it clicks.

FIXTURE TO WALL Move the hydrosauna towards the corner of the bathroom. Fix plate (T1) with the stop-screw, screw, nut and washer (C1). Fix the cabinet with plate (T) and screw with washer (C). Fix the bathtub to the floor with plates (T2) and stop-screws. Fit the side door by sliding it down from the top so as to hook it onto the support bracket on the frame.
Fix the side door by tightening the towel-rail knob with the screw and washer (C2); insert the trim. Re-fit the bathtub panel by inserting the top edge underneath the bathtub and pressing clips (Y) so that they go back into their respective housings; fix the panel with the previously-removed screw.
