Tech Tip Wiring Blue 2" Terminal Block For fast connections to single transformer/ conventional systems – strip the 18 (or 20) AWG solid thermostat wires back 1/4". Approximately 2 inches from the end of each wire, bend wire 90°. One inch from the end, bend wire 90° again, so wire is pointing at terminal block. Use thumb and press wire into the correct color-coded quick-connect terminal. After insertion, tug each wire firmly to seat in place. Check out White-Rodgers on Facebook
