Shelves shall be delivered knocked down and packed in protective card- board containers marked with the size and material of the contents. LENGTHS: 30” (762mm)
POSTS: Shall be equipped with press fit plastic caps at both top and base. Posts shall be marked at 2” intervals to assist alignment of shelves during assembly.

SHELVES: Shall consist of two upper shelves, three lower shelves, and two complete sets of rear, counter top, and front posts (or any desired variation). Each shelf shall be made of heavy duty 16 gauge material with all four corners uniformly coped to exact contour to receive internal corner castings in crevice-free alignment. The perimeter of each shelf shall have a die-formed raised marine edge, (3mm) high on a (7mm) radius. The lower edge of the shelf perimeter shall be hemmed and pressed tight along the shelf length. Shelves shall be shipped with set screws for each corner to allow shelves to be installed or adjusted at any desired spacing. Shelf corner castings have a hole to take 1-1/4” O.D. shelf posts. Shelves shall be available as required in any combination of the following widths and lengths as designed or as shown on plans. .
