CD-R MASTER INSTRUCTIONS If you use a home CD Burner please be aware that sometimes uncorrectable errors occur due to the instability of the laser mechanism. IT MAY PLAY BACK OK ON SOME DECKS, BUT STILL HAVE A HIGH ERROR RATE. This is called BLER or Block Error Rate.
