4 Disassembly and Assembly Instructions Important notice: Before replacing any components, make sure to turn OFF the vacuum cleaner. Remove the power plug from the outlet.

Dust box removal

4.2.
1. Open the dust box cover assembly at an angle of approx. 45°. Insert a flat-blade screwdriver between the upper body and the dust box cover assembly and move it in the direction of the arrow mark to remove the dust box cover assembly from its right side.
Separate the upper and lower body units
1. Remove the five screws fixing the upper body U and lower body U.
2. Remove the screw fixing the upper body U from the rear side.

3. Lift the upper body U to separate it from the lower body U.

4. Remove the P.C.B. Ass'y from the P.C.B. holder. * When removing the P.C.B Ass’y, widen the frame of the P.C.B holder, and then remove the P.C.B from the hook of the P.C.B holder. Note: When removing the P.C.B Ass’y, do not bend it to prevent it from damage, such as broken wire of the P.C.B.
Printed circuit board assembly (P.C.B Ass’y) removal
1. Remove the Swivel cap unit and Insulation plate.

Remove the fastening terminal of the lead wire from cord reel partition U connected to the printed circuit board and that of the lead wire from the motor. * Note: When removing the fastening terminal of the lead wire, please hold the terminal fixed to the printed circuit board to prevent an excessive load from being applied to it.
6. Remove the two screws fixing the P.C.B. holder and pull it out from the lower body U.

Motor removal
2. Remove all components fitted to the motor. a. Remove the motor support rubber (rear). b. Remove the motor support front. c. Remove the noise suppressor. d. Remove the motor support rubber (front).

Cord reel partition unit replacement

Rail base U replacement
1. Remove the screw fixing the rail base U onto the cord reel partition U. 2. Remove the rail base U from the cord reel partition U.
1. Increase the gap width between the cord reel and the lower body with a screwdriver. While removing the cord reel shaft from the side of the lower body, lift the cord reel partition unit.
4.7.
Spring-loaded cord reel pre-winding
1. The cord reel partition U has a spring that pre-winds the cord reel. If the cord is not wound, then press the brake arm, and the cord pre-winding will be loosened. When making spare turns again, do it in the direction of the arrow. * Number of spare turns: Three turns * If you want to release the pre-winding, then make sure to hold the cord plug. * For easy removal, pull out the cord slightly, and then lift the cord reel.

How to disassemble the turbine nozzle

Turbine Ass’y
1. Pull up the floor nozzle wand U and remove the turbine ass’y. (Fig.22)
Agitator ass'y
1. Rotate the Lock on the brush cover to unlock and remove the brush cover U. 2. Pull up the agitator ass’y and remove the belt and agitator ass’y (complete). (Fig.20)

Removal of the floor nozzle brush CU.DU.EU.FU
1. Turn the floor nozzle lower unit over. Insert the tip of a flat-blade screwdriver into the ditch in the brush installation part, then remove the brush.(Fig.23)

1. Remove the four screws fixing the floor nozzle lower U. (Fig.21)
