Safety Information and Warnings 1. Always unplug appliance immediately after use. 2. Never use in a damp room, or near a sink or other vessel filled with water. 3. When the hairdryer is used in a bathroom, unplug it after use since the proximity of water presents a hazard even when the hairdryer is switched off. 4. Always dry your hands before use. 5. For additional protection, the installation of a residual current device (RCD) having a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30mA is advisable in the electrical circuit supplying the bathroom. Ask your installer for advice. 6. Do not place in or drop into water or other liquid. If an appliance falls into water, unplug appliance at mains socket immediately. Do not reach into the water. 7. An appliance should never be left unattended when plugged in. 8. Close supervision is necessary when using this appliance on young children or infirm persons. Young children should always be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance. 9. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. 10. Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual. Only use the attachments supplied by the manufacturer. 11. Please use the voltage selector switch to select the operating voltage of 220-240V or 120V applicable to the area where you are located (see “Voltage Selection”). 3. Insert the plug into socket-outlet 220-240V / 120V, 50/60Hz 4. Adjust to the desired blowing strength: Position 0: Off Position 1: Half power, medium temperature for gentle drying and styling Position 2: Full power, high temperature for quick drying Cleaning and Care Clean the air suction opening from time to time with a fine brush. Clean the housing with a soft, dry cloth without additives. Voltage selection Use the voltage selector switch to select the correct operating voltage. The arrow points to the voltage selected. The selector switch can be turned using a standard screwdriver or a small coin. This device has been tested according to all relevant current CE guidelines, such as electromagnetic compatibility and low voltage directives, and has been constructed in accordance with the latest safety regulations.
