PCSO Karikari agreed to contact Planning to arrange another visit. Ongoing issues regarding a neighbourly dispute being followed up by the Police and PCH Police have made checks on a number of days and the busses were found to be compliant. Residents advised that buses may be compliant when they leave the school but there are still issues during the journeys to and from school. Priority 2: ASB at Lizard Walk Priority 3: School busses Update from Organisations Update from Councillor Status: ‘Resolved’, ‘Concluded’, ‘Being followed up’, or ‘No action since last meeting’? Credit Union advice is available in the Southway Centre Mon - Fri 1 of 2 Ver.5 06 12 Hilltop Community Centre in Tamerton Foliot is now in the hads of receivers and community groups are looking for alternative venues to meet. Paper converting factory – no further update Contacted Park Services regarding trees in Southway Lane and Medland Crescent but have not had a response. Update from Police Update from Plymouth Community Homes Other Matters Discussed Clittaford Road Response/Proposed Action Drains have flooded by the flats despite South West Water having cleared them. Cllr Smith to follow up. Resident suggested the boulders are removed and cars park at an angle to increase parking provision. Cllr Smith advised that no further action would be taken to increase or remove them. Councillors advised that only Southway Drive and Lulworth Drive were to be resurfaced in next phase. A resident advised that he had received a letter from Amey regarding his enquiry about potholes. Youth Services is based at the Henwell Centre. They have organised a number of outdoor activities, e.g. bike ride from Ilfracombe to Plymouth, residential at Lopwell dam, and indoor activities, e.g. skate ramps, music groups, young women’s group. They were involved in a litter pick at Belliver and Councillors want to hold these in Southway and Tamerton Foliot too. They are hoping to develop a community newsletter and engage with Marjons, e.g. access to pool and climbing wall.
