Electrical installation: 햲 3-phase NPE, 400 V, 50 Hz. With integrated AktivClean water softener (option), total supply increases by 0.25 kW, with AirBox AktivAir (option) by 0.44 kW. Circuit configuration complies with the requirements of the VDE (German Association of Electrical Engineers). Water installation: The machines can be connected directly to the fresh water supply without the use of intermediate safety fixtures 햳. Minimum flow pressure 0.6 bar, maximum pressure 5 bar. The installation requirements of EN 1717 must be observed. Drain ¾˝. Wall-mounted drain should have a maximum height of 700 mm 햴. Length of connection cables from/to the appliance approx. 1.4 m. GiO MODULE: Cold water max. 35 °C. Minimum flow pressure 1 bar, maximum pressure 5 bar. Conductivity of raw water < 1000 μS/cm. Total water hardness max. 28 °dH (German hardness). Including connection kit: Check valve, pressure regulating valve, filter 10 μm including activated carbon, safety equipment “HD” (backflow preventer and pipe aerator). Installation requirements of EN 1717 must be observed. Connection length approx. 3 m. Connection kit of the appliance with reinforced hose (without Aqua-Stop). Universal warewashing machine DV 125.2: The spacious, super-sized machine
This is what the new Premium Class MEIKO DV 125.2 machine is all about. It has everything that makes it a true professional amongst warewashers. A dynamic high-performance pump with ultra-efficient powerful rotating stainless steel wash and rinse systems with additional jets above and below and at all four corners of the tank, a carefully planned robust design with sophisticated operating technology.
The new universal warewasher is capable of washing dishware, transport baskets, GN kitchen containers, pots and pans, cutlery, oven trays and even glasses. Thanks to its super-sized usable space - passing height 555 mm - washware as big as 650 x 530 mm (2/1 Gastronorm) can be washed with the full MEIKO hygiene treatment. It is therefore also the ideal back-stage partner for meat preparation plants, butchers and bakeries. The superiority of MEIKO technology is demonstrated by the quality of the details:

The DV 125.2 pass-through machine is equipped as standard with the ultra-modern, fully electronic MIKE 2 control equipment. The three programmes are selected by lightly touching the relevant button. The progress of the wash cycle and any messages are displayed on the touch pad. Easily understood icons for washing and rinsing make operating and monitoring child’s play.
Today’s most innovative control technology for warewashers. When used in conjunction with the intelligent M-Commander W, data can now be read, defined and amended in the simplest possible way and, using a PC, even transmitted online to the factory or your customer service agent for immediate processing. The universal hinged basket holder is designed to take all popular 500 x 500 mm and 600 x 500 mm standard baskets as well as 600 x 400 mm transport containers. A wide range of non-standard baskets emphasizes the DV 125.2’s versatility. These include baskets for trays, serving dishes, baking and display trays, stainless steel baskets with inclined supports for 600 x 400 transport containers and even a basket for GN 2/1 containers.
