Mersus Inground Linear LED marker light
Overview Mersus is a smart and compact linear LED luminaire, suitable for illumination of in-ground applications. Our unique design maintains a homogenous appearance, with an IP67 rating for the most challenging of environments. Mersus can be installed into the most demanding of applications, and lends total control to the designer with 4 standard lengths of 520mm, 1020mm, 1520mm & 2020mm which are fully dimmable (custom lengths available). Available in White, RGB and RGBW for dynamic colour sequencing. Mersus is easy to install and comes with remote 24V remote drivers.

Base of cut out Accurately cut a channel into the ground to take the 70mm high x 44mm metal in-ground base, making sure the base of the cut out is level. Or lay extrusion into position in preparation for screeding.

Place the channel into the cut out , secure the channel through the base using a suitable fixing or fixed with screed or similar making sure the channel is level and square.

Making sure the inside of the fixed channel is clean and clear internally place the acrylic and channel into position making sure all cables are laying as flat and neat as possible.

Run a continuous 6mm (approx) sealant bead of around the acrylic approx 20mm from the topedge,

Making sure the inside of the fixed channel is clean and clear push the acrylic LED and channel into position.
Clean away the excess sealant from the top edge of the acrylic using a soft cloth but making sure the gap between the acrylic and the channel has a continuous fill, weight down with suitable weights if available. Leave unilluminated for 24hrs until bonding cures.
