Since 1968, Metallics has not included yearly stock balancing of distributor’s inventory as part of our catalogue fastener program. We have chosen instead to provide the lowest prices in America, superior packaging, same-day shipment, lower prepaids, best fastener fill rate in America, and logistical support in the way of promotions, advertising and sales representative training. At this time we do not anticipate offering stock balancing. New Customer Buyout of Competitor Inventory: Over the years, many fastener suppliers have gone in and purchased competitor inventories from the electrical distributor, then replaced that inventory with their own products. Metallics has never had this as a catalogue option, and we do not anticipate such a program. An Honest Mistake or Customer Cancellation: We do offer to take back any single item resulting from a distributor’s order entry error. We will also consider taking back an item cancelled by a customer of our electrical distributors. Call to inquire about our RMA System.
