You are offered a special exhibition package with the following advantages: A turnkey exhibit in an attractive pavilion frame where you can present your company and products. Targeted advertising campaign before the exhibition. We will distribute information letters and invitations to visit the Danish stand to Russian factories and plants, dealers, machine-builders, tools producers and tools retailers. Support before and during fair. Representatives from the Danish Embassy and CFU will assist with booking hotel, visa support documents, and will also be present on the stand during the fair assisting with directing guests and in negotiations with Russian clients. Meeting facilities at a joint Danish national stand with an excellent location which offers a better possibility for attracting potential customers. To attract more potential Russian customers for you and have more meetings the Danish Ambassador in Russia will attend the exhibition and visit the Danish stand.
METALWORKING 2015 Moscow, Russia May 25th – 29th, 2015 Additional Information Out of more than 15 sector exhibitions in Russia, Metalworking is by distance the largest, most innovative and top ranked (http://www.metobr-expo.com/). The exhibition is nicknamed “Metal Carnival” for the reason newest machines, technologies, materials demonstrated in work, exhibited and hunted by top managers of factories and plants, dealers, machine-builders, tools producers and tools retailers from Russia, CIS, Europe and Asia. It is the best place to find partners and customers in Russia with also good opportunities to establish new contacts for European and Asian development. Every year more than 10 big national stands from Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Japan, The Check Republic, Switzerland, China, Taiwan and other countries are organized at the most recognized in Russia (domestically and internationally) venue of EXPOCENTRE (http://www.expocentr.ru/en/). Though this is not the cheapest place to come, the recurrent participants and national stands show to prove it is worthwhile for them. Not the least, the joint stand costs are subject to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark application for 50% subsidy (included in the price offering)! The business programme includes industry-tilted seminars, subcontracting Exchange and more.
Participation Terms
Deadline for application is the 30th of January, 2015. The Trade Council service package includes:
Coordination of joint stand, including stand design, decoration and individual consultancy; Targeted advertising of the joint Danish stand aimed at attracting potential clients; Coordination of services provided by the exhibition organisers, including exhibition catalogue; Support during exhibition; Assistance with hotel booking and visa support service
Additional services (included in the package) 1. Reception at the Ambassador’s Residence On one of the evenings of the Metalworking exhibition it is planned to host a buffet dinner in the residence of the Danish Ambassador in Russia. This is an excellent opportunity for you to tie a great bond with your partners and clients in an informal networking atmosphere. Each company can participate representatives and 2-3 guests.

We offer you a turnkey stand participation for the price of 33.284.- DKK.
1. Representation of you company by the Embassy and CFU
The price is based on a 54 sqm. stand and participation of 6 companies and includes an expected subsidy from the Trade Council. Each company has an area of approximately 9 sqm. without direct dividing walls to all sides. The exhibitors are to arrange the logistics and installation of the product/equipment.
If you wish to be present at the exhibition with your solution, but have no opportunity to come to Moscow, we would like to offer you representing your products by our employees.
Please note, that we are offering exhibition space at the joint Danish stand on a first-come first-served basis and reserve the right to cancel the arrangement in case of not receiving confirmation from sufficient number of participants.
The basic package includes 2 sqm area for your products and materials and a Russian speaking person, providing interested people information about you and collecting their contact details to forward it to you later. It is a perfect opportunity to present your solution to the visitors of the exhibition, and at the same time to save your time and money. The basic package costs 7,400.- DKK.
