Scanning options include direct to USB memory stick, (including PDF format), or straight to email while the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) saves you the job of retyping printed documents. You can copy in colour or black and white, reduce or enlarge images or cut your paper costs by condensing multi-page documents onto one sheet.
