MIC-35T/36C Miniature Interface Converter, V.35 DTE to V.36 DCE
FEATURES
• Converts between V.35 DTE and V.36 (RS-449/422) DCE
• Operates at data rates of up to 2048 kbps
• • • •
Transparent to protocol No external power required Easy to install Miniature, lightweight
DESCRIPTION • MIC-35T/36C miniature interface converter, converts between DTEs with the V.35 interface and DCEs with the V.36 (RS-449/422) interface at data rates of up to 2048 kbps (see Figure 1 for the data flow diagram).
• MIC-35T/36C performs both physical and electrical conversion between the two interfaces. The circuitry is designed to provide short range interface, i.e. for connection of co-located devices.
• No AC power is required. The device uses
ultra-low power derived from the DTE and DCE data and control signals.
