MiMAX-Pro delivers long-range, non-line-of-sight, high quality broadband in the 5.x GHz unlicensed band Airspan’s MiMAX-Pro is a compact, low-power, all outdoor CPE terminal providing data connectivity. With fl exible features such as Power over Ethernet (PoE) and options of integrated or external antennas, the unit can be easily deployed into any WiMAX network. MiMAX-Pro brings power, flexibility and reliability to any WiMAX network. Designed for quick and simple installation, the unit brings any broadband network to the next level, ensuring robust, secure, and dependable data and voice connectivity. This powerful product operates on the WiMAX IEEE 802.16e platform, delivering high data throughput and networking features to end users. The CPE product is designed to operate in the 5 GHz band, enabling quick service deployment to remote customers. The enclosure is fully ruggedized with an IP-67 rating and able to withstand rough weather and challenging topologies. The MiMAX-Pro operates in 5.470-5.950 GHz band in TDD mode. With the perfect combination of power and performance, the MiMAX-Pro enables any network operator to maximize range and capacity, saving money and time during installation. A single standard CAT5 cable power carries the data & power from the indoor PoE injector box to the outdoor unit. The unit ensures sophisticated, end-to-end Quality of Service (QoS) capabilities. This product ensures efficient use of the network with a larger cell reach, guaranteed carrier class service, and improved customer service. Advanced OFDM modulation enhances performance in non-line-ofsight (NLOS) conditions to ensure immunity to interference typical of deployments in densely populated urban areas. Additionally, the unit is easily controlled from remote locations with SNMP Management.
