Push camera system SoloPro+ is a brand-new application with up to date digital architecture. The push camera system provides all you need to inspect pipes of diameters between DN50 - DN450, to document results, to generate reports for on the spot delivery, or to use the WinCan interface in the office software to postprocess data by means of the integrated damage catalogues. The pan and rotate camera head and the guiding device allow inspection of complete pipe systems including their branches. The integrated Lithium ion batteries support an independent operation of max. 6 hours without external power supply.

Digital control unit for SoloPRO Plus* The intuitive control unit of the SoloPro Plus produces real time images on its 8" TFT LCD display, records max. 90 hours of video in the internal memory and allows an direct export to WinCan together with the integrated damage catalogues (ISYBAU 2006 / DWA M149).

Data transfer
The guiding device of the pan and rotate camera head allows inspection of complete pipe systems with branches. Simply pan the camera head to introduce the guiding device into a pipe branch. When you push, the camera head follows automatically the new pipe.
The powder-coated coiler is available as a rugged welded steel construction with 40, 60, or 100 metres of kink-resistant special push cable, integrated electronic distance counter, friction brakes, and locking device.
Copy videos, images, and data onto a USB memory stick oder SDHC media for simple data transfer to your computer. Data can be imported in WinCan without fuzz.

Crawler Inspection System The Proteus system is a modular inspection system both for crawler operation and for push movement which uses a brand-new digital architecture (CAN-BUS). The more you expect from this system, the more it will deliver. You may configure your system acc. to the actual purpose. Thanks to the pressure tight individual components, replacement is easy – no need to refill the complete system again which would be time consuming and cumbersome. It provides all what you may need to inspect pipes of diameters between DN50 and DN450 in push mode and pipes of diameters between DN150 and DN1000 in crawler mode, to document your results, to generate reports for on the spot delivery, or to use the WinCan interface to post-process data by means of the integrated damage catalogues.

The cable drums are available as manually operated versions suitable for 100, 200, and 300 m cable. We offer also a motorized version of the 200 and 300 m cable drums, this version is especially suited for van installation. The cable on the coilers is a special lightweight, kevlar-armed camera cable with a friction resistant and chemicals resistant cable sheet. Further, the drums have a removable drip pan, a winding aid and an adjustable friction brake.

Make your Proteus system even more mobile with the rugged and light-weight transport trolley! All components, e.g. control unit, cable drum (100 and 200 m), carriage and the Proteus Power Pack can be stored safely − so you are ready for operation quickly even in confined spaces.
The Proteus Power-Pack allows 5 hours of operation of your complete Proteus system independent of van or mains power supply. The light-weight and compact batteries make it possible to perform inspections even at difficult to reach locations.

The Proteus push rod coiler is available with 60 and 100 m kink resistant push cable (Ø 11 mm). Combined with the Proteus control unit it allows also inspections in push mode.
The small, universal CRP150 crawler is designed for pipe dimensions between DN150 and DN600. The installed adjustable stroke facilitates dimension adjustment.
The heavy-duty CRP300 crawler is designed for larger pipe dimensions with high flow rates. It allows a comfortable inspection even in difficult environments – suited to diameters between DN300 and DN 1000.

Quick change wheel mounting: The smart wheel mounting system allows a wheel change without big fuzz. Open it to unlock and replace the wheel. After installation, it takes only one rotation with the triangular quick release skewer to secure the wheel. This means no time consuming disassembly and assembly of small hardware.
Heavy duty plug: The rugged and extremely stable heavy duty plug has a special locking mechanism and needs no tools to connect /disconnect the cable into /from the carriage. The Proteus system allows a simple and quick crawler replacement without disconnecting the control unit and shutting down the system.
Proteus FRP01 camera float The FRP01 camera float is designed for large sewers with heavy water flow. Camera quick lock: The special camera quick lock allows a quick and easy replacement of the camera probes (axial and pan /rotation head), no need to switch off the system first. The digital CAN-BUS architecture recognizes the component used without re-booting. This way, you are ready for operation without delay.
Additional lamp with back-eye camera: Both crawlers have a support to install the additional high intensity lamp option. The back-eye camera installed facilitates return from the sewer.
