mio TV Content Terms and Conditions General Terms and Conditions                12 months contract for all content pack(s)/channels(s) unless stated otherwise. Billing for all contracts starts from the date that the content/channel is activated. All prices stated include GST. All prices excludes Set-Top Box rental. Subscribers are liable to pay an Early Termination Charge for the early termination of all contracts for content pack(s)/channel(s). Early Termination Charge is calculated based on the remaining term of the contract multiplied by the regular monthly subscription rate of the content pack(s)/channel(s) to be terminated. Prevailing rates apply after any fee waiver period for the remainder of the contract term. Subscription(s) to any content pack(s)/channels(s) will recur at prevailing rates until terminated by Subscriber. Subscribers may not unbundle the subscription of individual channels within the content packs. Packaging of channels and content is at the sole discretion of SingNet. From 9 September 2012, existing customers who subscribe to any new mio TV content will have the following content removed (includes and not limited to) – Family Channels, SingTel Movies, mio Home Movies, Obsoleted Content Pack(s) subscription, Obsoleted A-la-carte subscription and any free content. Set Top Box charges will apply. All mio TV customers must subscribe to at least 1 content pack, which includes the Welcome Pack. All offers are only applicable to addresses within mio TV Service coverage area. SingNet reserves the right to amend any promotional price in its sole discretion. A SingTel Fixed Line Telephony Service is required and standard charges apply. Free 30 days preview of mio TV programmes excludes “fashiontv HD”, “fashiontv HD On Demand”, “Video on Demand” (VOD) content and “Season Pass” titles. All mio TV content is subject to change, removal, replacement or addition at SingNet's sole discretion. Promotional price for “Family +” at $14.90/mth is only available to mio Home/exPlore Home customers. 10% mio Home/exPlore Home discount does not apply to “Family+”. “Desi+” customers can subscribe to “Cricket Pack” at a promotional price of $9.90/mth. “Sports+” excludes “Cricket Pack” and “ASN”. Premium Packs       "Premium Packs" refers to “Jingxuan Gold”, “Inspirasi Gold” and “Kondattam Gold”. “Jingxuan Gold” consists of “Jingxuan+”, “Sports+”, “Family+”, “Movie Pack” and “Chinese Movie Pack”. “Inspirasi Gold” consists of “Inspirasi+”, “Sports+”, “Family+” and “Movie Pack”. “Kondattam Gold” consists of “Kondattam+”, “Sports+”, “Family+” and “Movie Pack”. Channels and content within the “Premium Packs” cannot be changed or excluded by the Subscriber. Packaging of channels and content is at the sole discretion of SingNet. Add On Contents       “Add on” contents refer to “Movie Pack”, “Chinese Movie Pack” and “A-la-carte Channels”. Subscription to “Movie Pack” and “Chinese Movie Pack” is only available after Customer has subscribed to at least one of the following packs: “Family+”, “Movie Combo”, “Sports Combos”, “Desi Cricket Combo” and “Premium Packs”. Subscription to “A-la-carte Channels” is only available after Customer has subscribed to any content pack. This does not apply to Free “Welcome Pack”. Content within “fashiontv HD” and “fashiontv HD On Demand” are rated M18. Channels and content within the “Add on” content packs cannot be changed or excluded by the Subscriber. Packaging of channels and content is at the sole discretion of SingNet. Season Pass      “Season Pass” refers to a-la-carte US TV Series titles. Extensions of “Season Pass” titles are not included. Please purchase subscriptions to any extensions of “Season Pass” titles separately. The programming schedule for each series in the “Season Pass” will follow the USA networks calendar and thus subject to pre-emption, cancellation and changes without prior notification. The number of episodes in each series is subject to change without prior notification. All “Season Pass” series will be available for viewing for 12 months after the premiere date of the series. In the event of any cancellation or addition of “Season Pass” series or episodes, SingNet reserves the right to refund or charge respectively on a pro-rata basis. Video On Demand (VOD)  “Video On Demand” refers to titles within the TV Portal’s “Video On Demand” tab.       All “VOD” titles are available for viewing for up to 48 hours from time of purchase of subscription. “VOD” promotions are not applicable to titles within “Cine-Ekspres” and “R21” categories, unless otherwise stated R21 PIN is required to unlock and access R21 Content. R21 VODs are rated as Restricted 21 – For persons above 21 years of age. Please ensure that R21 PIN issued is not accessible to children/minors below 21 years of age. Do be advised that R21 contents may contain mature themes. Viewer discretion is strongly advised. mio TV Hardware Terms and Conditions Cordless Home Connect   Cordless Home Connect monthly fee of $12.84 for 12 months applies to the first Cordless Home Connect for new mio TV Service sign ups. Early Termination Charge of $178 applies if mio TV Service is terminated within 12months. ADSL2+ Ethernet Modem (1 port)-only mio TV   Ethernet modem is suitable for mio TV Service only and cannot support both mio TV Service and SingNet Broadband if:  The SingNet BroadBand speed is 8Mbps and above  Wireless surfing is required  The computer is more than 1.5m away from Ethernet Modem  Multiple computers are linked to the SingNet Broadband Service  The modem's USB port is not used for SingNet Broadband Service Early Termination Charge of $78 applies if mio TV Service is terminated within 6 months. ADSL2+ Wireless Integrated Modem (4 ports)-only mio TV   Wireless modem is suitable for mio TV Service only and cannot support both mio TV Service and SingNet Broadband if:  The SingNet BroadBand speed is 8Mbps and above  Multiple computers are linked to the SingNet Broadband Service  The modem's USB port is not used for SingNet Broadband Service Early Termination Charge of $78 applies if mio TV Service is terminated within 6 months. ADSL2+ Wireless Integrated Modem (4 ports)-mio Home  Early Termination Charge of $158 applies if mio TV Service is terminated within 6 months.
