NEVER modify this product for any applications. 2. NEVER spray foods or chemicals through the spray gun. 3. If something goes wrong, immediately stop operation and find the cause. Never use till you have solved the problem SPARE PARTS 4. Pay attention to avoid to hit or to drop cup set, especially about the screw part to keep seat function. IMPORTANT: THIS CUP SHOULD BE OPERATED BY ADEQUATELY TRAINED OPERATORS ONLY. ENSURE THAT THE CUP HAS NOT BEEN DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORTATION. INSTALLATION 1. Using CUP HOLDER Female (PCG-6P-MD, Fig.1), insert the filter into the fluid nipple of the gun. 2. Fix CUP HOLDER to the fluid nipple of the gun and tighten firmly by using wrench (Fig.2). 3. Using CUP HOLDER Male (PCG-6P-2D, Fig.3), insert the filter into cup holder. 4. Fix RING to the CUP HOLDER by hand tightening (Stand-by style. Fix KNOB to the CUP (Fig.5), set it in MIX-POSITION (the air passage closes) and fix FIRMLY (Fig.6). 2. Mix paint (Fig.7). Plug 1. To preserve residual paint, put PLUG (Option) on the INNER LID (Fig.27). 2. After painting and the paint doesn’t remain in the cup, dispose disposable parts. Check that, no leakage occurs between CUP HOLDER and fluid nipple of the gun. After mixing paint, put the cup inside the ring as shown in the Fig.10. 2. Fix INNER LID to the CUP (Fig.11). 3. Fix CUP HOLDER with the gun downward to CUP (Fig.12). 4. Tighten RING to CUP HOLDER FIRMLY (Fig.13). 5. TRIGGER once, to remove excess pressure brought by vaporizing (Fig.14). 6. Turn gun set upside-down and make sure tightening RING again (Fig.15). Please make sure RING is not loosen during the operation. 7. Set KNOB at “SPRAY POSITION” (the air passage opens) ABSOLUTELY and fix FIRMLY (Fig.16). Pay attention that small “PAINT SPOUTS” from the slit of the KNOB (Fig.17). 1. AFTER spraying, set KNOB in “MIX-POSITION” ABSOLUTELY and fix it FIRMLY (Fig.19). 2. Turn gun set upside down and TRIGGER to discharge remaining paint in the gun, especially WHEN PAINT FILTER is used. And please PAY ATTENTION TO THE DIRECTION TO BE DISCHARGED (Fig.20) 3. Stop the air supply to the gun and TRIGGER enough time to drop remaining paint from the gun to the CUP (Fig.21). 4. Remove RING from CUP HOLDER (Fig.22). 5. KEEP TRIGGERING while remove CUP HOLDER (Fig.23). 6. Remove PAINT FILTER (PCG-6P-2D) and clean the paint passages of the gun (Fig.24). 7. Hand-tighten RING to the CUP HOLDER (Stand-by style: Fig.25). 8. Disassemble CUP HOLDER from the gun, clean inside gun and change PAINT FILTER (PCG-6P-MD). 9. In case of use disposable parts again,disassemble INNER LID from CUP, push on the side of the CUP carefully, especially if paint is remaining in the CUP (Fig.26). Then clean these.
