Control Guide Universal Access - Portable Units – VC Unit This system is regularly undergoing updates; therefore, there may be some variation between this guide and the equipment you are seeing. We appreciate your patience whilst we continue to upgrade the equipment and reflect these changes within this document. Please send your feedback on both the equipment and this guide to [email protected] . Getting Started. 1. Turn the TV and the computer on if not already on. Starting a Video Conference. 1. Use the number pad to dial your VMR number. 2. If you make a mistake use the back button. 3. To Start the call press call button. 4. To Finish the call press the end button. Using the Basic Controls. 1. Control the volume with the volume buttons. 2. Control the Camera with the Zoom buttons. 3. To move the camera Up, Down, Left or Right press the direction pad. Showing Content. 1. Using your remote control, navigate to the show content button on the screen and then select your content source from the list. Stop Sending Content. 1. Using your remote control, select the show content button. 2. Select ‘Hide’ and the name of your content source, such as ‘Hide Computer’. To mute or unmute your microphone select the mute button.
