Model 9060 Horizontal CPU Holder Mounting Instructions 3) Mount CPU Holder to CPU I n n o v a t i v e O f f i c e P r o d u c t s , I n c . 1) Mount the track to the underside of the work surface A. Align the track to the underside of the mounting surface. Use a marker or pen to outline the holes to be drilled. *Measure 1/2” in from the front surface edge. B. Drill (10) 1/8” diameter pilot holes in underside of the work surface. Install (8) #8 x 5/8” Round Head Philips Recess Type “A” Tapping Screws along both sides of the track and (1) in the center back. C. Push the screw thru the bumper and attach to the track. Make sure screws are tight enough to remove a slight bow from the track. 2) Attach handle to CPU holder A. Install (2) 8 x 3/8” screws from the inside on the CPU holder using the holes located below the warning label. B. Using Philips head screwdriver, thread screws into handle, as shown below I l l u s t r a t i o n ‘A’ A. Unbuckle straps and loosen (4) 3/8” hex head slotted screws on top of CPU Holder. Lay the holder so the middle bracket is centered on top of CPU. Push arms so they snug against sides of CPU and tighten screws. B. Carefully turn CPU and holder upside-down. Wrap straps around CPU and position strap brackets on bottom corners of CPU. C. Snap buckles together and pull strap ends to tighten CPU holder against the CPU. The straps must be tight to secure the CPU. 4) Attach CPU Holder to the track A. Slide unit into grooves on track until it hits back bumper. B. Install front center screw with bumper as in Illustration ‘B’. C. Install track guard with (2) screws over front of track as also shown in Illustration ‘B’.
