Timing adjustment is not suitable for some individual function (eg:the time for boiling water uses the count-up form.) Operation Instruction Power-off After the work time elapses, the induction cooker will shut down automatically. To shut down ahead of time, press the key. Adjustment preset If pre-set is needed, first press the “Pre-set” key. When the pre-set indicator lights up and the number on the display blinks, press the “+” or “-” key to adjust the preset time. After the pre-set is finished, the number on the display will be shown after blinking for several seconds. The induction cooker starts counting down to the preset time. When the presetting time is met, the induction cooker will automatically return to the normal working mode. Electricity consumption display Press the “ Power ” key , the electricity consumption indicator lights up. Now the Electricity consumption display may be accessed. After the electricity consumption is shown for several seconds, the induction cooker will switch to time display automatically. The electricity consumption is shown in four digits. The first digit “d” illustrates that this is a display for electricity consumption. The following three digits show the amount of the electricity consumption. For example, if “d1.23” is shown, it illustrates that the electricity consumption is 1.23 kilowatt-hour. Power Caution: 1.The electricity consumption displayed is an accumulative amount. After switching on the appliance, clear the accumulative amount number of the electric consumption of the induction cooker and start to recalculate. If the used electricity consumption exceeds 9.99 kilowatt-hour, the display will blinkingly show dH . 2. Deviation exists between the displayed electricity consumption and the real ones. Please refer to the real electricity consumption as a standard value. This displayed electricity consumption is only for user’s reference and is not used for an accurate calculation. Instruction on Function Cooking Mode Based on desired cooking result, you can select different function cooking modes. For the sake of convenient operation, we provide the following instructions: 1 The hot pot mode applies to heating modes such as Hot pot and Boil. During heating, you can adjust time and firepower at any moment. When water in the pot is burned out or the temperature is abnormally high, the machine will automatically switch to self-protection. 2 Cooking modes such as Deep Fry and Fry are applicable to high-temperature cooking. During cooking, the firepower for separate function can only be adjusted on the basis of levels ,while the time and firepower can be adjusted at any moment for other function. When food in the pot reaches a temperature point required by the function (highest temperatures may vary with different functions), the induction cooker may heat intermittently or stop heating, and resume heating after the temperature decreases . 3 For cooking modes such as Soup and Braise other than Hot Pot, the induction cooker will control its heating firepower on the basis of timing and temperature of food in the pot. In these modes , firepower can be adjusted at any time in the adjustable range, but the induction cooker will resume automatic firepower control based on cooking effects after 2 minutes. After the working time elapses, Soup functions will go into two-hour warm keeping automatically. 4 5 The Boil cooking mode is applied for boiling water. After water boiling for some time, the induction cooker can shut down in an automatic manner. Caution: It is recommended that water volume to be boiled should occupy 30%-80% of the pot. The effect of boiling may be a little different due to various factors such as the uneven bottom of the pot or weather. A special soup pot or kettle can be selected for water boiling. “Stir - fry” cooking mode is for heating with strong power. When the temperature of the ingredients reaches the temperature level provided by the selected mode (the highest temperature of various modes are different), the induction cooker will switch to interval heating or stops heating. After the temperature cools down, the induction cooker restarts heating. Hot pot Deep Fry Fry Soup Braise Boil Stir-fry Instruction on Function Cooking Mode 6 The cooking mode of “ Stew ” with slow stewing fits to the situation that needs continuous heating with gentle power. When using this mode to stew soup or boil congee, please first use the “Hotpot” mode to boil the ingredients and then heat it by using “ Stew ”. The stewing duration can be set according to the feature of ingredients or personal taste. Caution: Stew 1.Under this mode, the power cannot be adjusted. If adjustment is needed, please switch to the other modes, such as “Hotpot”. For some models, gentle power is specified to “braising”, “stewing” and “boiling”. 2.Press the “Stew” key to shift among the specified “Stew” modes. 7 Temp mode is for cooking methods that require a certain temperature for the ingredients.
