mACS Modular Audio Control Solution Innovative, Secure, Integrated Smart Interoperability Solution mACS The mACS communications system provides operators with a fully featured dispatch command and control system that has fully access and control of all aspects of their communications environment: radios, telephony, intercoms, conference services and any other communication assets. Allows interoperability between networks with no geographical limitations. The solution can be expanded from the smallest single site system to the largest multi-site inter-agency and national system. Description mACS is a RoIP system that gives you full digital VoIP power with one flip of a switch and a private wireless network for a fraction of the cost of cellular equipment. Offering efficient VoIP technology adapted for Land Mobile Radio (LMR). mACS uses unique Network Bridging technologies to create an instant wireless conference-call network for up to 16 radios, cell phones, phone lines or other devices per site. This fully redundant solution merges digital data elements and puts them at the command of a single Radio Gateway. Another mACS component is the ACB audio operator terminal, which can be connected anywhere through the IP network. The ACB enables operators to monitor several networks simultaneously, and to transmit on any or all of them - subjected only to administrator defined access rights limitations. The ACB allows configuration by touch screen and external PTT control. The operator terminal has two audio ports for dual operators with speaker headsets. mACS users can control and monitor the entire system with TechMer´s Maintenance Work Station (MWS), using an Internet (Web-based) or Ethernet (network-based) control option. The MWS software provides multilingual capability and configuration while the system is offline or online. Complete RoIP Solution The mACS gatewaty operates efficiently as a stand-alone VoIP switch, and in full interface with other mACS hubs. The solution can also be fitted on demand with an internal IP logger, offering real-time recording, streaming and archiving with virtually unlimited capacity.
