The MDPS (modular data protection system) offers durable and reliable surge protection for your data system in the form of an outdoor NEMA 4X rated enclosure, when used in conjunction with any selection from an array of optional surge protection accessories. The enclosure includes cable management clips, 2 DPR protection modules with support for up to 8 and a simple installation procedure, thus network operators can rest assured that their equipment will protected to the highest standard. All units are compatible with CAT5/CAT5e/CAT6 systems, whilst through careful selection of your surge protection modules, the unit can support Gigabit Ethernet (GbE), Power over Ethernet (PoE) and many other protocols and combinations used in modern data and communication systems.
