Move In/Move Out Services provided will include:
Kitchen Refrigerator/Freezer Defrost Move fridge out and clean behind and underneath, if possible Vacuum/ sweep coils behind the fridge Sweep and mop floor underneath before moving back into place Clean top of fridge, sides, bottom grate , exterior and handles Remove shelves, drawers, butter tray, ice cube trays and vegetable crisper to clean While shelves and drawers are out wipe down the inside of the fridge and door completely Stove/Oven Detail inside oven, line with tinfoil (use self-clean option if available) Scrub, remove all food debris from oven racks Inside and underneath oven drawer Under the range/burners Remove knobs, clean the knobs and areas underneath Scrub drips pans De-grease range hood. Rinse grease filters De-cobweb Return air vents Dust ceiling fan Dust light fixtures, take down and wash if needed Cabinets and Drawers – wipe inside and out Blinds Windowsills, exposed window tracks Light switch plates & outlet covers Doors and doorframes: wipe down both sides and all the moulding Walls: spot clean for large scuffs, spots and dirt Microwave inside and out Dishwasher: inside edges of door, exterior, bottom grate Baseboards & moulding Countertops & backslash Sink & sink fixtures Glass: Kitchen window above sink (inside only), mirrors Floors: Carpet edge and vacuum. Hard floors vacuum, polish, edge

Garbage/Trash Remove all waste, including all personal items left behind (up to 4 garbage bags) If more than 4 bags of garbage a haul off option may be considered Anything removed will be donated or disposed of unless otherwise directed The Green Cleaner will not be responsible for any items removed from the property
