EXPANDABLE ARCHITECTURE Up to 6080 kelvin channels available using 4 instrument modules. Additional modules can be added to achieve higher channel counts. Each channel is capable of High Force / Low Force / High Sense / Low Sense connection Low Force connections have independent control capability per pin allowing grounding of all or any channel combination at once.
